Bought a car two years ago from them, got several sets of temporary plates, come to find out while trying to get the plates myself at the DMV, that never did they submit the registration, but the car is still registered in Santa Ana, and was never registered to the Dealership.

Hey does anyone have the owner Patricks direct line or any number that doesn't go through to Jaxon because they charged me for registration fees and for the licence plates and I bought the car in June and Jaxon is avoiding my calls and texts I feel like I was ripped off can somebody please help if so my number is (626) 618-3024 feel free to text me if anyone has any information for me that would be helpful please.

Bought a car for almost $15,000 3 months ago. Today I was told by the dealership that the transmission needs replaced and will be $4500. Two weeks ago the car needed another repair for $1000. So much for "we don't sell hoopties here". Don't waste your time. You might as well buy off of Craigslist. At least you'll save some money there.

I came to OT Auto Reg to renew my car registration. Not only was Jazmin polite she answered all questions that I had and I received my tags ON THE SPOT!! I recommend OT Auto Reg because there is no wait time unlike the DMV, waiting for 4 hours for rude service, no thank you! For any and all DMV needs/services this is the perfect place to go!

I've finally gotten around to writing this review, and I really wanted to thank Pat for getting me a sick deal on a Civic. I was fresh out of college and just wanted anything that could get me to work with the limited budget I had. Pat was very accommendating and we were able to negotiate a reasonable price in not very much time, which was very nice considering the other dealerships I went to would see my need for a car as an opportunity to shaft me on the price. If you go here, ask for Pat and he'll work with you.

Purchased a lexus 250 is f sport from Jackson. Car was exactly as advertised. Extremely happy and satisfied with my purchase. Purchase was a good deal. Would recommend, and will definitely go back to purchase another vehicle again. Easy, quick transaction. This was my second purchase of a car from Jaxson.

It was a bit weird walking into the place at first. I approached to one of the people working there and told them I came to check out a car that I previously made known that I will be arriving at a certain time. When I got there the car wasn't ready yet but they told me they had to fix a few things to the car. I literally waited two hours for them to bring out the car so I can check it out and test drive it. The atmosphere and the people just didn't give me a good vibe. I was irritated that they made me wait when I told them four days before I actually came to the place. The surprisingly part is I decided to check the car online again and they bumped it roughly 2,000$ more than it was originally posted when I called in. I wouldn't waste your time here sadly. The people also didn't give me a good vibe so didn't make the experience great either. If they make you wait cause they have to fix something , just leave. They literally will make you wait cause they don't bother fixing it beforehand.

I have nothing else better to say with the owners. Patrick and Jaxson are nice people and will make sure you are happy. The detailer and I played pool while waiting for paper work and ended up winning. If anything were to happen they would take care of it. No doubt!

not even a single * don't waste your time & your $$$ ))) junk cars w/ to many details... be very careful with jaxson... he's a fake person & obviously a lier... look for some other options before you waste your $$$ for garbage...
