I remember when I would call back like last year there customer services was bad bc of this one guy that would always answer when I would call. I stop shopping here for a couple months bc of what he told me that I committing fraud and that they would remove all my orders if I kept purchasing things from them. I’m a huge customer and to be accused of stealing and fraud took me off guard. I’m glad now they have a new person who take the customer services calls and takes her time instead of just accusing someone for fraud and threatening people that orders would be cancel and added to a list to never get anything shipped out if it had my name.

There online is much nicer than visiting the location plus I walked in today and two girls working neither one of them said a thing to me and my friend when we walked in.. it was one of those experiences.. lady said bye to us when we were leaving but at that point I was over it. Wasn't in there more than 5 mins drove over 20 min to get here.. sad but also would've been better if it was more pleasant.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would first of all they have literally nothing there. The person they had in store was just on her phone as if she couldn't wait for us to leave I drove 40 min to check this empty store out waste of gas and time...... never again thank you

Unfortunately I had the worst shopping experience with this company, i definitely would not recommend spending your time and money. My friends tried to warn me but I was hoping my experience would be better considering I'm a new customer but nope.

Love there clothes , but by the time they ship your clothes you don't need it anymore. You don't know you're getting your package until the day of! They need to be faster

Obsessed is an understatement. This little boutique has the cutest items from workout clothes to mom wear to Formal attire. I have never once had a bad experience with this place. Recently I placed an order for a dress I wanted for a birthday dinner that weekend. I did not see a button for overnight express shipping. I reached out I sent an email they respond within less than 24 hours and ship the dress that day I got it within three days right in time for my birthday I’m extremely grateful the dress fit perfectly per usual. GREAT QUALITY CLOTHING!!!!. I highly recommend this store to everyone. The only thing I wish would be different would be that they opened a location in Las Vegas lol.

So I live near the store and they used to have more options in store before remodel. I would literally come shop every Friday and the girls in the store were always super helpful in picking out outfits etc. after they remodeled the store it seems like they have also had a change of staff who are now rude make you feel awkward to ask for styling advice or anything and are literally always on their phones whether it's taking pictures of inventory or not they should stop and ask if you need help instead they don't. The store barely has any inventory now honestly super annoying and pointless to come to store, before remodel the store was my go to guaranteed to find something now I honestly haven't found anything cute in store. I have been pushed to rely on ordering online however sometimes the quality or fit is far from the pics I see on Instagram. Wish the store had inventory had polite helpful employees and that they offered after pay in store :(

Here some tips when shopping online:-if you need your order shipped asap email and call their warehouse customer service (they will accommodate and personally ship your order)-they have a secret cash $5 racks in their pick up lobby with so many good finds!-pick ups can literally be ready in minutes if you call and show up during their pick up hours.-new management makes sure all emails are NEVER ignored! You will receive a response 24-48 hours Monday-Saturday

It be nice if the store owner updated their store phone number on google and Yelp. If not then just remove the option all together.
