Love the shrimp ceviche from here- perfect option to pick up on your way to a gathering or party. The ladies at the ceviche bar are always so helpful and friendly! Thank you La Habra Northgate!

I noticed the cashier at the self check out the blonde girl is nice to the customers that can speak Spanish but if you’re different looking then she is rude. I saw her smile at the lady I’m from of me and was kind. She gave me a stern look and wasn’t nice. No smiles. I noticed as I’m walking out she smiles and seemed polite to the other customer. This happens with most of he young cashiers here with attitude and unwelcoming. Terrible customer service.

I have been coming here for many years, since I have lived here in La habra when it had just opened. I loved coming here for the great customer service and great food. I myself have worked in customer service and know what’s it’s like working in a environment like this. I have never had a bad experience in customer service here until now. I came with my mom to grocery shop and she was self serving herself food and this “employee” named (Kike) yells at my mom humiliating her in front of many people. Because the way she grab herself food was not okay. Mind you this person did not see anything wrong in the way he spoke to my mother. Maybe a different approach in not yelling (screaming) and humiliating her in front of the whole store. Mind you my mother is older this this grown as man twice her size. I also spoke to the managers and seemed like nothing will be done. I never got a follow up on what matters will be taken for this kind of inappropriate behavior for their bad customer service and what matters will be taken for this employee’s actions.
