Mr. Taheran (owner) is very professional and knowledgeable attorney and CPA. I have worked with several CPAs and James Taheran is definitely one the bests. He has a great memory and keeps a great record of your taxes (which is very important for the businesses). We drive from San Diego to meet with him every time (5-6 hours round trip) and it’s definitely worth it.

James and his staff have worked on my taxes (personal and business), bookkeeping, LLCs and other matters for almost 10 years. He and his staff are quick to respond and very professional. I've been coming to have my taxes by James for five years. He is very knowledgeable not just about taxes, but also a wide variety of topics. He's also a lawyer who deals with probates. He recently moved from his old location to a new building on Beach Blvd. It's a little further out, but his services are worth the drive. His secretary is welcoming and has a good memory of clients. He's always on time for appointments, you never have to worry about late night waiting. That was the reason I left my old tax guy, I would be sitting around for hours after my appointment waiting for him to catch up. He also has an amazing sense of humor which makes getting your taxes done kind of fun. He is of course a professional, but you can get some good laughs in too.

James has been my tax expert for almost 20 years (maybe longer?) He is an excellent advisor and he has become a trusted friend. He has patiently advised me and managed me through my financial disorganization over many years. As my income and business have grown, he has provided me solid advice and guidance the whole way.
