Hope they get your order right the first time or there is no response from "customer service" Multiple pictures sent in showing they shipped the wrong product, links to their own website and can not get response from anyone. Horrible experience in not only placing the order (should have been a sign) but also in trying to return the wrong product I received.

I've ordered quite a few parts from these guys, fair price and always good customer service. I had an issue with a replacement wheel recently, a manufacturer mixup, and they fixed it ASAP. Highly recommend!

Bought new wheels for two separate cars. Appreciated that for the most part, they are extremely responsive - found email to be the most consistent. As far as scheduling goes, I find it extremely lame that they couldn't do a one-hour wheel install until a month after the wheels were purchased. Once they installs were scheduled... First wheel install: a 3+ hour wait in the waiting room when told it would be one hour. Second wheel install: 2-hour wait after being told a 40 minute wait. Both installs were incredibly frustrating. I got the impression they do wheels all the time, so how could they estimate so poorly? If they told me the real time estimate, I wouldn't have any problem with it, but the major underestimate of time was amateurish. Would I buy from them again? Maybe. In a pinch.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I purchased an AWE exhaust for my m340i here, and they initially claimed it would take 4-5 days to arrive, followed by a call for the installation appointment. After a week of waiting without any communication, I had to call them myself. They informed me the exhaust had arrived, but due to being fully booked, they couldn't schedule the installation or provide a date. After waiting for 2 weeks with no follow-up, I called again, and they still couldn't confirm an installation date, promising to call me back. Eventually, after 3 weeks of waiting, I secured an appointment. However, the issues persisted. Two weeks after the installation, I noticed a rattling noise from the exhaust. When I contacted them, they explained they were fully booked until after Christmas, over a month away. I said okay I can wait, i want to wait for them to check up because I have already paid over $300 for installation and they have to responsible for their work. I don't want to pay out of pocket for another shop to check up. On the scheduled appointment day, after driving 30 minutes to get there, they informed me that their technician was unavailable due to a car accident. Frustrated, I expressed my disappointment, having waited for over a month, and they suggested I go to a local exhaust shop for a check-up. I was angered by the lack of communication and their inability to respect my time. It's frustrating that they have strict policies about cancellations and no-shows, yet they didn't extend the same courtesy to you. Absolutely, the discrepancy between receiving an appointment reminder at 4AM and then being told no one was available upon arrival at 8AM underscores a severe lapse in communication and organizational oversight. The lack of follow-up and responsibility for addressing the issues you faced, including not receiving a call back to check up or reschedule the appointment, is certainly disappointing After reading similar reviews on Yelp, it became apparent that I wasn't the only one facing issues with their installations. Save your time and money - consider going elsewhere for your exhaust installation.

Going to ModBargains, Ron was great from the beginning. He is very knowledgeable and know a lot about cars. But the thing I'm concerned about is his mechanic who installed the supercharger in my car. Pulley is found messed up and some things not securely placed.

Bought a Milltek exhaust from here that makes odd harmonics at high RPM's. Exhaust has been replaced and pressure tested by 2 different shops. I'm guessing Milltek is now using inferior components since there are "supply shortages" and cost cutting in place or the system is actually more restrictive than factory. I'm now stuck with a bogus $2500 exhaust that sounds like a harmonica. Modbargains never offered to swap or refund the system. I had to haggle with Milltek in England myself!
