I hope this review is for the correct location. Metro next to LaHabra HS. This location is AWESOME. Josh and Kathy know their stuff. They are friendly, courteous, and always go the extra mile for their customers. My family and I always go to this location and get excellent customer service. We get what we need and can always get the extra help if we are having an issue...which I recently did..not being as tech savvy as I should be. Josh and Kathy helped me with a new phone at a great price and helped me sync my watch, apps and contacts to my new phone. Which I love..by the way! They go out of their way to provide above and beyond customer service!!

Would give 0 if I couldAurora is liar and cost me money and my phone number she promised would stay the same. It did not. It changed to an unknown number after 1 week. Lost job opportunities and virtual DR appointments cuz of her.I tried to go back and she just smirked and said"Customer service over and over to me.

This is a one star metro pcs I got laughed at because their charger which caught on fire didn't even last a month and they did not want to own up to their warranty claiming it was not a defect product but clearly caught fire and I guess every charger is supposed to catch fire according to them It was a real unpleasant experience

This store is useless! Why are they even open on Sundays? 12-5? When all the other Metro stores are open until 8 or later. I will never go back to this location. The store should be shut down, look at the rave reviews for this place!

They overcharge to activate a phone. For instance in amaheim is $10 here they charge $25
