Great urgent care facility!
Was in and out in 15 minutes ( including paperwork!) it’s a record! Doctor was listening all my concerns, explained all treatments and schedule follow up, in case I needed.Wow! You are rock!
Front desk polite and caring, taking time to listen and explain.
I used this office couple of times and it’s my first choice, also I recommend this office to everyone I care about.

My daughter’s finger hurts. I thought she needs a medicine. It looks like a little bit seriously. I just worried about that because I’m not good at English. But they all were really kind and professional. They always had a smile face and a friendly way of speaking.
I don’t have to worry anymore!

Thank you so much to PA Jonathan and the rest of the staff members for helping me when I urgently needed help with my eyes. Jonathan had a great bedside manner, was kind and considerate, and walked me through everything that would be done and expected reactions. The medications he gave in office was really helpful as well. I would recommend this place because it was clean, the staff were knowledgeable, and kind. They understood the urgency of the situation and rushed me back.

Easy to book an appointment - went online at 8:50 and got an appointment for 9:15am. Doctor was very nice and responsive! Explained everything.
Third time I come here and service is quality!

The nurse and PA were so kind and sweet with my daughter. My little one was very sad to have to go to the doctor, but was very cooperative. I really appreciate how quickly I was able to set up an appt and how quickly I was seen once I checked in. It does put a parent’s mind at ease when your little one is not feeling well.

My daughter woke up with asthma issues, brought her in and whole process was smooth. All staff were quick and efficient. Taken in right away did not wait. PA Tan was great with my 7year old. She loved him and requested we only come here. We were in and out within an hour all of our needs were met and more. Could not have had a better experience. We would definitely recommend this place.

Online claim by carbon they treat lower back pain only to be sent to St Jude emergency. Where we spent several hours only to be told there was nothing wrong based on the referral given by carbon health. 7 hrs. from start to finish and patient can still barely move. No help at all.

Unfortunately, we've had to go here twice in less than a week for different issues. Staff is friendly and professional, and our visits have been fairly fast and efficient.

This place gets down to business. They have me in and out within an hour tops, today I was out within 20 minutes. The providers are always professional and competent. Highly recommend.
