Vince was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with our needs, and we were able to look at many options within our price range to make an informed decision. Vince provided a wide variety of options at unbeatable prices. My wife and I highly recommend this store, and we plan to come back when we have more furniture purchases in the near future.”

“Before I post this review... I want to be clear that I had zero intentions of replacing our Tempur-Pedic bed. Our polite conversation with Randy and the REM team was so care-free and pleasant, I felt at ease to settle my curiosity. There were no obligations to simply give it a test run. However I do admit that it was hard to resist the floor models' comfort. There was still no pressure. If I can appreciate one thing, I give full respect for letting me reach my own conclusions... No harm, no foul... In return, I gave it 3-4 months to form my review. No exaggeration, my first night sleep after the set-up was so peaceful. I didn't realize the true missing factor in my comfort was the cool temperature in the mattress. It was certainly a pleasant surprise and a game changer. Now that our mattress matches the climate here in Hawaii, I rest longer and healthier. That fact alone is out of bounds! For the value in price, it was by far the best money spent! I only wish I had found REM before I moved to Hawaii, I would have saved so much more. Personal shout out to Randy Maddix for your excellent customer service, and to REM Sleep Solutions for top notch valuable products.”

“I had an outstanding buying experience with Sit 'n Sleep in Cerritos. Trish, store manager, helped me throughout the shopping/purchasing/delivery scheduling process, and she was GREAT from start to finish. When I first came in, Trish greeted me warmly, and offered guidance, support, and assistance; I never felt pressured or rushed during the process. I particularly appreciated that she listened attentively to what I was looking for, and shared options and possibilities based on features I was seeking. Trish is gracious and attentive, and her information and knowledge were super-helpful. I made three visits to Sit and Sleep before making a final selection, and every time Trish had the same warm approach, answering each new set of questions I had. She priced the total package for me so I knew exactly what the cost would be before making the purchase. Delivery was scheduled for the next day, and the delivery guys were great. I loved how the scheduling/delivery software gave me frequent updates on arrival time so I was ready when they came. Excellent experience! Ten out of 10 for Trish, Sit 'n Sleep, and delivery techs : )”

“I was looking for a couch that would fit our needs and not leave my wallet crying. I found Tempo on Offer Up and called to find out they have two locations. We visited one shop and found the right couch for us, but unfortunately only the display model was there. However, they were kind and accommodating and called up the other location to have them wrap the couch and have it ready for us to pick up that night even though it was about to be closing time. We got our couch that night and it has been perfect for us. This place has a lot to offer aside from couches, a great selection at reasonable prices.”

He is patient and very helpful. The prices are also good and for a brand like Nectar and Dreamcloud, he not only has them in stock but he also has the same prices as online. Better to buy from a local small business than a major online retailer. Cannot recommend this business enough!”

Here are the events of today:Needed a mattress to be delivered asap to my home.10 a.m. = called Superco to see if they have a mattress in stock.10:15-10:30 a.m. = showed up and saw/sat on mattress. Paid for mattress.12:30 p.m. = Received a call for mattress to be delivered.1:00 p.m. = Mattress in 2nd floor bedroom!I can't speak to the pricing, because I really did not shop around for a mattress, but they did offer me a slight discount based on a promotion that they were having. They also have Ashley furniture sofas there, and the same models on the Ashley furniture website are 20-30% more from Ashley's directly. I'm not sure how that works, whether it's an open box situation or what, but the prices are lower in that regard. No cash discount though.I speak mandarin and I can understand mandarin, but I prefer to communicate in English. I only spoke English and the staff speaks English perfectly fine.Thanks Young and Ken!
