I’ve had the pleasure of using Lupe’s Cleaning services for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier. Fast response, easy to schedule, and everyone is so nice! Customer service is excellent. The job is always done well. If a spot is (rarely) missed, it’ll be corrected as soon as possible. I highly recommend to all my family and friends. Thank you, Lupe!

Very happy with our home cleaning. The team was great with communication for scheduling and during the cleaning, they want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied so they’ll take your feedback and clean to your standards. They are reasonably priced, I’d highly recommend Lupe’s! I’m going to be getting monthly cleanings with them.

Where do I start? This experience has been absolutely awful! I scheduled my cleaning a week ago after my initial cleaners cancelled on me. I expressed to Lupe that I have a party this weekend and need the cleaning before hand. The scheduler asked what day is best for me and I said Friday afternoon. After checking the schedule( which apparently doesn’t exist) they confirmed Friday between 12-1 start time. great. Thursday evening at 6 pm Lupe calls me to tell me they no longer have that slot open and the only time is between 7-8am to start. After some back and forth I rescheduled work appointments to accommodate the scheduling mishap on their end but expressing to Lupe for them to start at 8am(not 7). I get a text confirmation from Lupe that 8am is a go. Remember this is the night before. 701 am this morning my doorbell rings and the cleaners are ready to go. Lupe messed up scheduling then imposed their own time after we agreed on a rescheduled time in writing by text message. When I expressed my discontent, Lupe said let me check with scheduling I told them 8. Ma’am, you own and run this company. I don’t care if your scheduler messed up or you messed up. You don’t just force your availability on a Customer who is trying to accommodate your faulty work. Cleaners did well which is the only reason this didn’t get 1 star. Shame on Lupe. If you’re going to run a business, own your mistakes and do right by your clients. Don’t book this service unless you’re retired or unemployed since I’m stuck on their schedule (which is whenever they feel like coming). Oh and Lupe told me she would give me a discount for the inconvenience and that discount was $50 on a $600 cleaning ??♂️ greed and bad business practices. Safe to say I won’t be using them ever again.

I am so happy & excited.my home is beautifully clean..Esmeralda & Marlene..both did beautiful housework on my home.. Love them...They bring all cleaning products vacume..lthey are all set to make your home shine...my first time. I've already set up to have a cleaning once month.

Lupe was very helpful in arranging a one time deep clean for a house I was preparing to sell. Her crew was very thorough and the result was great! They stayed in touch with me with updates during the cleaning and followed up with me when finished to make sure I was pleased with their service. I highly recommend them for any cleaning services needed.

Lupe's cleaning crew members did an amazing job in our house, specially Lilia, shout out to her as she did an awesome and great job with out bathroom that needed a really deep cleaning. Did a deep cleaning of our home with Lupe’s cleaning service (Jessica and Sesia). They both did a great job, house is now fully clean and tidy. Floors, countertops, bathroom, doors, baseboards and kitchen are all clean now! Would definitely recommend, scheduling was very easy and they are very friendly and communicative. Looking forward to our new routine cleaning schedule every other week!
