I've order PitBoss Pro Series grill smokers a couple of times from this store. The units keep showing up defective. PitBoss customer service is a joke. So I returned them. The last one I order I specifically requested it unopened in a box. So what happened? They opened it, assembled it, and delivered it damaged!! WTF!!! I'm suspect of this store, starting to sound like their crews are replacing defective parts. These are expensive units,.management may be unaware. Maybe this yelp comment will get their attention. SMH

I went to Lowe's yesterday to try to find a match for paint for my house. I approached the gentleman working in the department and when I said, "I know it's probably tough, but would you recommend a couple of options that might match the picture I have on my phone?", he stopped me mid-sentence and said "NO NO NO we don't do phones here. You're going to have to pick your own colors from the wall (the different color option paper samples)". I couldn't believe how dismissive he was and I can see how other reviewers would say it seems like you're bothering them when asking for help. It's no wonder why it was a ghost town when I went in and why when I went to Home Depot, they were busy and the staff was able to help me. Lowe's management: it may be time to overhaul your customer service personnel.

They have a good selection and prices are comparable to other big box stores but recently their level of guest service has dropped. It's like you trouble their clerks if you ask for assistance and I'm not a fan of no live person to handle checkouts only self-service.

Refund policy is not good. I never had any issues at home depot but this lowes would not return a brand new unused product that was 10 days over the 90 day policy. Never knew there was a 90 day policy. Use to shop here but no more. No wonder home depot is more popular among consumers.

If you need help good luck getting it from German at customer service. All I wanted was to warranty exchange my Craftman pliers. I was told by him and another worker that they no longer warranty craftsman tools and to call the number. After a manager corrected them I found the item and returned to customer Service. They then told me I needed id to warranty craftsman tools. Ridiculous. Don't sell craftsman if you can't figure out how to warranty out a pair of pliers.

I have to drive a few extra miles to shop at Lowes..but its worth it. Lowes has alot of nice products that Home Depot doesnt have. Lowes is always very nice and clean and the staff is always helpful and very friendly.

I came into looking for ground cover for my Tortoises outdoor enclosure. Wondering around the garden center and was greeted by Rick. He asked if he can help and I told him what I was looking for and he said larger rocks and grass would be good and he mentioned he thinks they had some on sale. I got everything I needed to update his enclosure for $32! Thank you Rick for your wonderful customer service and making my trip to Lowe’s so seem less.

Went in looking for a specific (old) type of bulb-Saw Don who happened to be in the middle of putting items away and he directed ms to the aisle and voiced he would meet me there and sure enough, within seconds, there he was. Located the bulb that I was looking for and provided helpful advice. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Just good ol’ fashioned exemplary customer service. Thank you Don!

I know this store and associates very well...usually 5 star, but my 'phone' experience tonight was 1 star. I called this store to ask a simple question of the paint department, I was transferred to this dept. but spent 2, 3 minutes listening to a phone ringing. I hung up and tried again, same result. I don't know why, but called back a third time, same ringing and ringing, then Andrew(?) picked up and asked me who I wanted to talk to, told him I was still trying to get to the paint dept., and he actually said "Sorry, we don't have anyone working that dept. tonight". Geez, so why was I transferred to a dept. noone was working at? So I asked to speak to a manager, then again listened to a phone ringing over and over. Hung up, called back....Andrew finally picked up after more ringing and ringing, and informed me that there were no managers in the store I could talk to. Really?? That's 15 minutes of my life I will never get back, due to ineptness, and a clown car of customer support.
