Today, I went to the La Habra Store with
a big order I had to return because the sizing was too big. I spoke to a wonderful women named Julie. She was so helpful and accommodating. I was so happy the store had enough items to exchange to a smaller size and didnt have to return them. Julie figured it all out for me and I appreciated it. Good job!!!

With their overpricing, unavailable in store items and unsatisfactory customer service, after nearly 30 years, I stopped shopping at Lane Bryant. Especially after an incident when I was purchasing some items and also returning items my husband had bought before Christmas. Although my receipt was a few DAYS past the 90 day return time, every item had tags and had never been worn. After a clerk scanned the items and was moving on with the refund, the manager interrupted her and said I couldn't get what the items were ringing up for in their system (???) but rather another 60% would be taken off! She took out a calculator, did an override of the price in the system and manually entered her calculated price into the register. One item rang up at $23.97, but she said I would only receive $1.40. Yes, 1 DOLLAR AND FORTY CENTS for a blouse at Lane Bryant!! When I questioned this, I was given no explanation but rather a "take it or leave it" attitude. Back in the day, Lane Bryant stood by their clothing. They focused on customer retention and did not have a cut off for returns for unworn, tagged or items with a receipt returns. They did not hassle the customer but rather focused on making the customer happy. In total, I received $25.00 back for items that my husband had purchased for $134.97.After clearly being taken advantage in this way by this store personnel regarding returning items, I did not plan to shop at Lane Bryant ever again. However, I really like the Cacique brand, and since my size (18/20) seems to be sold out frequently online, I went back to this store. Even then, it's uncertain if I will find my size. The shopping experience at Lane Bryant both in store and online is just not pleasant. Maybe they have been around too long to care about keeping customers and maintaining the great reputation they once had.

They had bras in my size. I have never found bras in my size. The staff was friendly and attentive. The store had a nice selection of clothing as well.

Rose was amazing! She helped me find the perfect bra. She helped me look for some until we found the perfect fit. Who knew that finding the right bra, that's super comfy, would be not so quick and easy. She was patient, and super busy, but was amazing the entire time. Thank you, Rose!

I love the way lb crops fit like regular pants as I have a very short inseam. The service is great and love the dressing rooms. They also sponsor women in need dress for success.

I went into Lane Bryant today hesitant due to they've always seemed overpriced to me, but I needed work attire for my new job so gave it a try. I was approached by "Rose" when I walked in and she was VERY helpful. I told her what I was looking for and with her help I was able to find several items and all of them were on sale! There were a couple of items I liked but there were none in my size. She made the extra effort and went to the back of the store to see if there were any and there was! :) I was really impressed with the quality of their clothing and also how professional and helpful she was! She is a great asset to Lane Bryant and I will be back again for more in the future due to the great experience I had today! Check out their new summer line...super cute stuff! Thank you!
