I've been coming here for years, since day 1 the owner and staff have been great. I've purchased several bikes for my family and myself and always receive great customer service. The customer service continues with their servicing as well and are my go to. I've been to several other shops but La Habra Cyclery is at the top of the list. Thank you guys!

This spot is the best and I highly recommend it! Jim is great as are all the staff. I drove out from the north side of the SF Valley to buy my new Giant Trance X from them and would do it again. Overall, you know you are in great hands and the shop itself is everything you want out of a bike shop. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! I needed a part that I did not know the name of. They had me bring my bike in and were able to replace it on the spot. Definitely one of the best bike shops in OC.

Great service. Jim and the rest of the staff there are ready to help. I purchased my Pro 1 Revolt from them and the service did not stop after the sale. This is a great bike shop and has something for everyone. Highly recommended!!

I've been coming here for the last two years or so for various work done on my mountain bike. They have always done great work. But something happened the last time I brought my bike in that made me a customer for life! As with all local bike shops, accidents, though rare, do happen from time to time. Unfortunately, this time, it happened to me. It's completely understandable, with the amount of bikes that go in and out for repair. It's what the owners do when an accident occurs that makes the difference and shows the true nature of their business. I brought to Jim's attention what had happened when I left my bike there for repair. Most other owners would deny responsibility until they are red in the face...I've encounter a few of them. Jim, however, is not like most other business owners. Here is a man that runs his business on sound, ethical principle. I showed him the damage, he inspected, talked to the techs, and without a second word, got on the computer and ordered the part. The next day I got my bike back with the new part installed! In this day and age, where most owners are only about the bottom line, Jim is a rare breed. If you want to take your bike to a place that's run with honesty and business integrity, while maintaining competitive pricing and skillful technicians, then LHC is the place.

Been cycling for just under a month now and was having some tire trouble. After multiple innertubes I was still getting flats. Took the wheel in to La Habra Cyclery to get it checked out, also for some CO2, a pump, and some chain lube. James helped figure out the tire situation with ease, and gave solid recommendations on everything else I was looking for. I'll definitely be returning for future needs.

I have worked with James on multiple occasions regarding my children's bikes. I can't say enough good things about him and this business. He takes care of you like you are a family friend. As a health care professional, I can't recommend exercise enough for my patients. I would definitely recommend this shop for your bicycle needs. They are not the lowest but they provide impeccable service especially James! I would ask for James if I were you.

I have been looking around to get my second mountain bike. I have a 2009 Giant Trance that I drove to the ground. It was time for an upgrade. Decided to stop by and get incredible feed back and advise from Jim and Jake. I highly recommend this bike shop.

We embark on another cycling journey in 2023. Grateful for interactions with Jim, Dave and James. Saw lots of E-bikes and Pivot cycles this time. Check LHC on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google accounts for further information/ videos demonstrating use, tips and advice specific to bike, venue or location. Servicing is done onsite. La Habra Cyclery riders are common many hikes, biking and walking trails in local and on vacation. Dave and Jim K. are honest, instructive and "hands on" in their approach to the sale, maintenance and advice concerning cycling, mountain and recreational biking. Without this shop, many local area citizens would not have been able to retain health. Observed local fire/police patronizing La Habra Cyclery. Do notice their videos on Instagram---Pivot cycle heaven. Dave has an eye for needs and lasting solutions. They communicate well. From pivot/road cycles or just bikes with baskets and yes "E-bikes" too this is an excellent shop. If they do not have an item you need, they will order it in. Thanks for the MTB (perfect size). This shop is in business since 1973 in La Habra. Jim, Dave and James are on-site. Liv cycles offered and E-bike solutions. Four years of consistent interaction (congrats). May order the "Frau Fahrrad" or bring in the blue. They take electronic payments.
