This gym is okay. I use the equipment and it works fine. The steam room and showers are usually broken. I don't super mind, but I minus the stars because of the manager Joey. He is so condescending, belittling, and offensive. He is awful. He told me flat out that I didn't care about my health or wellbeing because I didn't have the money to sign up for personal training. I told him I already was investing in the gym membership and as a college student not working, that was a big step for me but he told me he could tell I was not serious about my health and he predicted I would quit within 2 months...unless I signed up for his personal training program. He was sooooo belittling, dominant, condescending, and rude. I could tell the trainers around him felt so uncomfortable with how he was talking to me. I think the trainers are great and the gym is okay, but I am going to be cancelling my membership due to Joey's rude and cruel behavior.

joey is rude and he tried to scam me into paying for trainings i did not want. it always smells all bad in there like rotten eggs. the equipment is a little outdated. the showers are the worst part they need a renovation for sure with new plumbing cause it be smelling like sewage

El servicio al cliente es pésimo, llegue ahora a cancelar una persona que tenía agregada y me mandaron de una persona a otra persona, y aclarándoles que la persona que me había inscrito me había echo un especial de solo cobrarme por una anualidad, cosa que me cobraron por dos,le comenté al mannager que tienen ahorita allí según se llama Joey , el contesto muy déspota diciéndome que la anualidad es por persona y que la persona que me dijo eso ya no trabaja allí y que así son las cosas, entonces le dije que cancele la mia también que ya no la quería y me dije ok la puedes seguir usando si quieres lo que te resta del mes, siendo que siempre se quedo sentado en su escritorio y con su actitud, gracias pero Yo no voy q estar en un lugar donde no me brinden buen trato siendo que estoy pagando como cualquier otra persona ojo gente.

I went to this location for tour and decided not to register. However, staff is calling / texting every day, even thought I asked to stop contact. Now I am still getting a call / robocall since Jan. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR NUMBER.

This is one of the gyms I work out at. The gym is always clean and staff very friendly. There's plenty of parking and equipment is great condition.

Im giving a 5 star for Hollie. I started going to gym 1 year ago, decided to try yoga class. I started Sunday class with Hollie. The class made me feel amazing. I was so happy to find something I liked, Hollie made it amazing. Sh's amazing. That's the only reason I go to this LA Fitness. I hope she is there for a long time. She goes above and beyond with her words and yoga. She makes me feel like I matter, and she matters to a lot of yogies. Thank you LA Fitness for having Hollie teach Yoga at this location.

Bad costumer service by their site manager. When I first enrolled I was told I could come back and they would match any better deal that I find through my job or through the AAA program. I attempted to speak to the person that enrolled me but after asking for him a 2nd time I was told he no longer works there. When I spoke to the onsite manager he was not initially helpful until I asked for his supervisors information. Even then he said he could not provide me his supervisors information and that they do not call members.After much negotiation he managed to accommodate some of my request. But the attitude was very poor. When I asked him to write his name for me his response was "I mean, my name is such and such".

Wish I give less than one star . The staff so rude and unprofessional . My wife and I went to the gym they got her to training program and they told us you can cancel anytime . We canceled and they told us to complete the rest of the money for the remaining months of one year so rude, no honesty and no Ethical behavior . I went to cancel my membership and they told me all good to go it got canceled then I find out nothing got canceled just they steal money from people . When a manger like Joey talks bad to people and the way he treat them insulting and throwing bad words . It's shame and embarrassing how ESPORTA LA FITNESS hire people like this . I really don't recommend this place and I urge people to see reviews of this place before getting membership . Here is the manager his name Joey . Im not happy all at how we encounter people like this during the gym exercice it put your energy down . It's terrible and not professional the manager spoke with me very bad words . The manager Joey told me even to write about review about him even he said I encourage you to do it . What's an unethical behavior .

They are slowly getting rid of their basketball courts and taking workout space so they can charge you more to work out with a trainer. If you don't pay a trainer then that space is not available to paying members even if the space is empty and no one is using it.

It's really sad how this gym something is always going wrong. They don't have hot water, the steam room hasn't been working for month's.. I cancelled my membership!

I was going to this gym for a while and never had issues. I had my gf join me and had her sign upon Oct 2023. The lady that signed her up is no longer at the company. To start, she messed up the contract which we weren't aware of. Before it turned into an La Fitness it was an Esporta which we signed her up for the $30 months and was told she had access to all gyms. When she finally went to another location she was denied because they said she had the basic package which online is $9.99 monthly and not the $30. So we've been getting charged $20 more every month for the basic package. We discussed this with the Sales manager and he then offered us to renew the contract again for the same price we're already paying and gave us no compensation of the wrong doing of their employees. We asked to cancel our membership but he said that the operation manager has to authorize that. I myself am an assistant manager for sales, now I don't know how other businesses run but for myself I am able to perform the tasks as my superiors if they're not there. I see no point in having a sales manager if they can't fix anything related with their sales. Overall the gym was alright, never had issues with the staff or people.
