Do not get your hair cut by the lady amanda if you have any length in your hair, cuz just run! I literally cried for a half hour... The only way for my hair to have been worse is if she had no eyes. She cut more than what was asked but by the end that was irrelevant considering the many different lengths she left it. I cant help but to laugh at my situation because thats on brand for a place lile this i guess lol. Shoukda knowns. Anyway, keepin it real. Hhahaha

Went in for a trim with soft layers in front and came out to over a full 12 inch ruler cut off all over. Uneven, took hours to get the haircut even missed an event! Began to get worried when we were headed to 3 hours and came home to hair I still can't style or out up with out it falling apart. If i straighten it, its visible that it was randomly chopped off as if stylist was practicing on my hair and honestly my child would be more aligned than this male stylist. Update: I did call and notified that I prefer to loose the money than have more length cut off as it is already short! How can you trust a place that did not understand to trim instead of confirming the confusion went ahead and cut off a foot! Like stated previously it was cut over 12 inches, uneven and unprofessionally.

I've been coming here before the pandemic since 2019 and between Aida and Amanda has been cutting my hair for me and my dad. What amazed me my first time coming here is the hair wash provided after I had my hair cut. Both me and my dad we're surprised that this was part of the hair cut. I paid over the asking price because the service was above and beyond what they were asking for. Till this day every other Saturday I still come here. As for my father he is not finding anything near the service experience given in Kut n Beauty La Habra in Temecula, CA. Thanks to the staff and owner for all the hard work and dedication for all these years.

They did not deliver my order and were unresponsive to my contacts and it was difficult to contact them (i.e. voicemail full). Once they did finally respond, they refunded me only 1/4 of my purchase price. I escalated the case through PayPal, who resolved my issue.

Here to review Margaret, who did a fantastic job. Not only did she take me as a walk-in, but how she colored my hair was just perfect - exactly what I wanted! She has a lot of experience and it showed. I was so, so happy with my experience - she was friendly, her location quiet and clean, and more importantly she knew exactly what she was doing with my hair. Thank you so much!

I was seen by Amanda, my visit at this hair salon was enjoyable & quick. My haircut was adorable I came in with a head full of knotted hair (sorry Amanda haha) because I had been to the pool the day prior and she was able to do her magic on my hair! She was very sweet and understanding I left her a generous tip because of her friendliness and her good advice. Also the receptionist was extremely friendly and she greeted me with a big welcoming smile as soon as I walked in this is my new go to salon thank you guys!

I took my son in for a haircut and he told him what he wanted taper fade around and to not touch the top he decided to still cut the top of his hair I told him that's not what we wanted he said You could fix it but there was no way you could fix it I was furious as well as my son because his graduation is in a couple of days I will never go back!! Don't go to the whittier kut n beaty for hair services. Twice, I came here, and they entered the wrong days for my service. If you have a busy life or have a tight schedule, then don't use their hair salon services.

They are having a holiday sale, 30% off, however they will not give it to you unless you ask for it. It is bad business and dishonest of them to not mention it to the walk-in customers who are unaware of it.PS I am on the list that's why I asked, the girl gave it to the customer before me and she wasn't on any list either...

While they took us last minute just before Thanksgiving they totally messed up my hair and my daughter's. First off my hair I got cut short due to my lupus thinning my hair. BIG mistake! When she was done cutting it looked even worse. I showed her pictures and everything but she just cut without even paying attention to the pictures. My daughter had her hair cut with another lady. Her hair is already shoulder length she just needed a trim. First off the lady didn't speak good English and didn't understand what I was telling her. It's not like I could speak Spanish to her because she spoke something else. She charged me $25 for the cut. My daughter's hair was cut all to pieces. It's not even cut straight. So I have to allow it to grow out before you can get it cut again the right way.

It's been about 3 years now that I've frequented this Kutz N Beauty. Mainly to purchase my shampoo and conditioner as well as my haircuts and sometimes color. I usually try to make an appointment with Claudia, however Amanda was available and out of convenience went to her. I've been to her for a cut and a color before. I was happy, until I recently wanted a change. I decided to make the move to highlights on my dark hair. Knowing it would be a process to achieve the lightness to my dark hair, I was ready for the maintenance and upkeep. I made an appointment with Amanda for color, highlight and a haircut. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for. She said we'll see how your hair takes the color. After washing, and looking in the mirror, I immediately noticed there were patches. She said, "No there's no patches. Your hair is dark so the highlight has some that are lighter" I pulled out a portion of my non highlight and showed her a patch that had a color on it...I believe the bleach bled through the foil onto it. So she then put a product on it to take that bleach (I'm assuming) out. She styled my hair with curls from 2003 and kept saying how pretty it was. I begrudgingly agreed, and paid her $256 with a $50 tip. I went home and really started looking in the mirror. I noticed one side of my head had chunkier highlights. The highlights attempted to start from the root, but looked like a gap was in place. Some highlights started at a lighter blonde and turned into orange/brass. The next morning at 9:30a, I went back to the store and spoke with Lily over how upset I was with how this came out and to let her see in person. I also showed her a picture of what I wanted. She said I could make an appointment with another stylist to try and fix it. Aurora was available later that day and Lily was sure she could help. She mentioned Aida, the owner was available the following day, but I needed the appointment sooner. I returned for the 1p appointment with Aurora. Lily took me aside and explained that Aurora was not comfortable doing a color correction. She explained that I can let Aurora try to do it, but also that Amanda would like the opportunity to fix it. She also said the owner, Aida, could do it the following day. Otherwise, I could ask Amanda back for a refund, but there wasn't much more that could be done as each stylist are independent contractors at this location. I waited to speak with Amanda. I showed her the chunky highlights, she said it was because of my hair part. No idea what that excuse meant. I no longer trusted her with my hair and told her I didn't want her to touch it. I just wanted a refund for my the color and highlight. She gave me back $180. As I waited in the car for my refund, I found a salon who had time to do a color correction and fix my hair. I've attached pictures of my hair the day after the appointment with Amanda. I will no longer frequent this salon for any salon services to my hair. I may make the drive to the Whittier location for my shampoo and conditioner. I will only return to this location for hair products if I am absolutely desperate and do not have time to drive to Whittier. Truly, this salon is only good for some hair products and a quick haircut.
