Kaiser is one of the best HMO's in California. You don't have to go another place for your prescription, lab or Xray. Usually they are in the same medical clinic.

This location is very nice. Medical team minus one are very informed and patient care is amazing. The reason for the 1 star is because of doctor Hiroki Richard Noda MD, his level of care is non existent. The doctor was very combative and obtuse, when trying to explain my symptoms he would roll his eyes and speak down to me. Stay clear from this doctor, and seek a better care.

The one thing I love about this Kaiser location is that the staff are helpful and professional. Unlike many other Kaiser locations, this locations seems to have lower traffic probably due to the newly built location and less condensed area. I always pick up my medications here for convenience. Thank you Kaiser!

I've been calling the pharmacy here trying to get a prescription refilled for two days and kept getting hung up on. So I drove there, sick, and when I tried to complain to two workers, I was brushed off, especially by Mario at the front desk. He was quick to make excuses, he tried to minimize the situation by saying there are other people waiting as well. And he kept calling me "sir" -- and I'm not a sir. I had to prove there was a problem with their phones by calling right in front of him. He finally got frustrated and tried to get rid of me by telling me to go find the pharmacy manager, and to turn my phone off. I told him that he needed to go and tell them this mess because I wasn't going to tell this whole story over again. Turns out they have a cue of 100 unanswered calls for two days, they are understaffed, other patients were complaining, etc.For all the money you extort from your customers, you would think you would be motivated to do better, but instead, you decided to try and silence someone who is trying to bring a problem to your attention. Disgusting -- and I'm canceling my membership as soon as I find another provider who can treat people with the minimum amount of respect, listens to their customers' concerns, and doesn't misgender people. If a place like that even exists in this god awful medical industry.Kaiser in general used to be good 15 years ago, but now you are awful -- and this isn't even the first time I'm not able to get a phone call through to that pharmacy.

Spent an hour on the phone trying to make a simple appointment with this location being passed around between departments who all insisted I had the wrong department. Phone staff are given incorrect information by their management (it's the fault of the management clearly, not the individual phone staff) which wastes your time.

The medical assistant was rude and did not know how to take my blood pressure accordingly . It took for ever for the doctor to show up and no one came in to explain anything. I left the room and changed my provider! The place is clean that's why I give it a 2 star.

This office is beautiful and new construction. Everything is pristinely clean. I enjoy that they have a digital waiting screen. After visiting the nurses clinic it was nice to know where in line I stood compared to who was in front of me. Nurse Magan was kind and professional. I would be thrilled to have her give me any sort of care anytime I need you in the nurses clinic.The walk in nurse clinic was very busy for a Friday night but considering that I received excellent care it was worth the wait.Thank you Magan!!!

I am a new member in Kaiser and I had a bad experience from the first time. I talked to the nurse to do blood test and I insist to do the iron because it’s to low and I feel tired. She said yes I will do it for you and I paid 35$. After the result I didn’t get my iron test so I came there, I talked to the nurse, she said: “I can’t ordered for you, you should talk to your doctor first”. I wish she had told me this before I wasted my time and my money. Thank you for this experience anyway.

This magnificent structure is the new Kaiser Permanente Medical Offices (looks like a hospital) it’s a new format in health care. This office is 28,000 square feet on 5+ acres and has 25 exam rooms. Digital membership cards and express check-in are some of the “techie” fun features and “mobile” physician work areas (can use tablets and devices) and a waiting room that entertains and educates.

David Masakazu shinmei MDDavid Masakazu shinmei MD is not the best fit for Pediatric. He cuts you off, is rush and rude. He can't even answer your question and if it's a question of concern he will have a sarcastic remark/response. I'd never come back to see him. I will drive else where if no other Dr is available. It's unfortunate they have such a Dr like this in Pediatric with new parents and new borns. Everyone else at this office is respectful and polite.
