Despite the person you meet you shouldn’t judge by appearance. Just because individuals don’t show up in luxury vehicles doesn’t mean we don’t own one . You should remain professional at all times . Very disappointed !!!!!! I highly recommend bringing your own realtor if dealing with this company.

Me and my husband were looking for a commercial location for a salon in Whittier (or surrounding areas) Matt was not only super helpful and kind but very quick and efficient. We've retained Jones Real Estate multiple times, to lease retail space on our behalf. We had tried several brokers before Greg Jones. Each failed to generate any meaningful leasing activity. Some spaces sat vacant for years. Once given the assignment Greg immediately generated multiple leads. In each case he brought multiple offers from qualified tenants. He always stayed with it, and shepherded the deals from LOI through completion. Each space we listed with Greg was successfully leased within months. He exceeded every expectation we had, and is our go-to guy in markets he covers. Highly recommend Greg.

Jana helped get me both of my locations for my upscale convenience store called Mission Market. In fact, she was the one that reached out to me about a prospective second location inside the new ARTIC transportation center in Anaheim. Without her partnership, this awesome, once-in-a-lifetime location would not have been possible. I truly consider Jana a member of my "team." I'm looking to continue to grow. Jana knows what I'm looking for in a commerical location, so she will reach out to me when she sees something interesting come on the market. This frees my time to focus on other aspects of my business. When it comes time to negotiate, Jana provides great advice and is very prompt with communicating and writing documents. I trust her judgment. She gives her unvarnished opinion based on years of experience, and I very much appreciate having a subject matter expert who I can trust on my side. I've never been one to leave reviews for a Business or Service unless the customer service is Above & Beyond. Jones Real Estate did exactly that! ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE! The agent that worked with me was Matthew Jones and he helped me find a commercial office space that best suited my needs. He didn't push a property above my budget or try to sell me on something I didn't want. He listened to what my needs were and found something in my budget range. My business is a budding startup looking for a shot at success. Mathew Jones and Jones Real Estate have help me do just that; a shot at success. I don't feel like I've bitten off more than I can chew and nor do I feel like I'm under water. Matthew help me get exactly what I needed. I couldn't recommend this company enough. If you need a Real Estate company looking out for your best interests and not just their own, Jones Real Estate is the place to go!
