Came for an oil change and left satisfied Fernando, let me know what was needed and what wasn’t for future maintenance and showed me what parts were used for my visit . Fernando and his mechanic shop excelled in giving me great service! I took my BMW here to catch up on a lot of needed maintenance and Fernando was very knowledgeable when it came to BMWs. He explained in detail what was needed and even what was not necessary. The dealership wanted so much money for the work to be completed and this shop took very good care of me at a reasonable price saving me money! Communication was great and my car was cleaned and washed for me when I picked it up. This is now my go to mechanic!

Excellent service and great communication. Brought my car twice to JL Motorworks. First for an oil change and second for brake service. Both times Fernando would be in constant contact with updates and pictures.

RUDE!!!RUDE!!!RUDE!!! So the owner replied to this review and said that I caused tension for entering to ask for services???? Went in for a diagnostic and the owner Fernando is rude...waited about 15 minutes just to be treated like I couldn't pay for anything. I was dressed in bball shorts and tank top, fernando passed judgment on me by the way I was dressed and cost him business... And to address your reply....Not only are you rude but a liar as well the only time I went into the shop was when I arrived I waited to for my turn. I never cut nobody off and was respectful. You told me to wait so I waited outside in my car, so your claim that I was in and out and "caused tension" is a lie. I was speaking with a gentleman who rented the booth in the same establishment. It's funny to me that you reply with paragraphs to make yourself look like the victim but in reality you lie about me being disrespectful which is such a coward move. Avoid this guy and his shop this guy is full of himself

I don’t often write reviews but Fernando did such a good job through the whole process that I felt compelled to. True professional. I always dread taking my cars to the mechanics because I hate to get up charged and mislead, this Is not the case with him he takes his time to explain the issues thoroughly and tells you what can potentially happen.
He diagnoses and treats you as if he’s a doctor and your car is his patient! Very thorough I will not be going anywhere else with my BMW.
I took in my bmw 740 maintenance and he gave me a fair price and covered all the basis including explaining future potential problems I may have to deal with.
All in all if you own a BMW and you’re in the area this is your guy! Trustworthy, dedicated, and transparent.

I’ve been taking my 2018 BMW 750i here for almost 3 years for oil changes, full tuneup (including spark plugs), and recently a recharge of Freon. Fernando is great, and their prices are reasonable.

For years I have been taking all of my families BMWs to Fernando. He is definitely a specialist when it comes to BMWs. He quickly gets back to you with the issue, and explains everything in great detail. Fernando is honest with what is immediately needed and what repairs can be done at a later date. He has never tried to over sell or exaggerate the need for a repair. His rates are good, especially considering the exceptional service he provides. And to top it off his shop is clean and organized. He is a gem in the auto repair industry!

Fernando knows his stuff. He's professional and knowledgeable. We took our car in and he showed us everything that was wrong and told exactly what he was going to do. You don't find mechanics now A days to be trustworthy but Fernando was honest and took care of us and our car. He's the best.

I have been taking my X1 to JL for over 5 years. I have always been extremely satisfied with the pricing, efficiency, and above all integrity of the owner Fernando. Fernando does great work and always delivers on time and as promised. The shop is neat. The waiting room is clean and the shop is in a good location. I can highly recommend JL.

I had my mini towed there. Fernando was GREAT. He took care of all of its issues and it is running the BEST it ever has. I am no longer afraid that it might “die” on me. Fernando explained everything he was doing and why. I am ONLY taking my car to him. Wish I had found him sooner! It is nice to have a mechanic you can trust!
