Employee YANKED my emergency latch in the trunk and broke the mechanisms within my automatic lift gate. Very doubtful this company will compensate, and it is a shame no one came clean with the issue. Never going back again. TESLA OWNERS BEWARE.

I had a bad experience recently went to get a wash I bought the 35.99 only to go home with scratched up tinted windows that was caused from the inside. I've never had those scratches. I went to complain and talked to Ramon who had me write a statement for the owner Jeff who still hasn't reached out to me. I will never go back to that place again! 7/18/24 was the last time I was there.

Waited 30mins to get my truck into the wash bay and I was #3 online when they opened. 6 cars came out before mine even went in. Came for a handwax but they were short on staff. Poor management and planning.

Really good carwash but not great. It's nice to go to a real carwash like this and not one of those self serve ones but the attention to detail could be better. They vacuum and and wipe everything down and sort of polish but won't get anything crusty on or in your car unless you get a detail.

If I need to take you back to my car and show you all the spots you missed and you still miss them, you are not the person for this job.
Trash was left in my car, and various spots were missed. Please train these guys to do better. I paid for the deluxe and got mediocre.

I would have given a more favorable review, but after the wash I found multiple nick's of chipped paint around my truck that were not there before.

Car wash was good, customer service great. My car wouldn’t start after car was cleaned and they went out of their way to assist to get it started.Appreciate the kindness.
