Used this tax service last year. Was quoted one amount for my return. Got a different amount back. Nearly $1000 less. When I called the business he told me to contact the IRS. (insert side eye) Who quotes one price and then it is something else. WTH And never called to notify me! This year I was willing to give him another chance. Now the price more than doubled and the form of payment has changed. (LY $150 & TY $350) Turned my car around and would prefer anywhere else other than this service. Changing prices is one thing but poor communication is unacceptable.

I have been going to Rick for my taxes for 3 years now and just this last year for my business taxes. He is very responsive and always calls/emails you back for anything you need. I had so many questions that I felt like a bother but he always was prompt on helping me out. This past year I moved to Hawaii and still use him! Diana is also super sweet and responsive if Rick isn't available. I recommend!

I am so happy I found Moreno Tax services! We filed last minute this year because we lost our long time tax guy. We needed someone dependable, knowledgeable, and professional.
