“Javier in the rental dept. was extremely helpful. Our pool filter had the main nut sheared almost into the plastic and we were unable to remove it after much time and several attempts. We decided to take the filter to Home Depot and get the correct tool to remove it properly.

He was incredibly patient and attentive, despite my difficulties in explaining what we were looking for. Phillip offered several options, and thanks to his help, we found the exact tool we needed.
