Customer service is the main reason that the La Habra store is failing all the customers. I brought a unopened Ryobi angle grinder that I couldn't find a receipt. Over the last 20.years my returns have been at the minimum. I was at the return register with Marisela first thing she said with a attitude home Depot doesn't take power tools back without a receipt. Extremely rude manager wouldnt help me too busy Leslie I found Leslie gossiping with other employees so I guess this is being busy. I was talked down management wasn't to busy to help me. Leslie is a poor example of a Mgr.

My experience here was awesome. All employees acknowledged me and were eager to help me find some items I needed for my home. I also witnessed Loss Prevention in action, they were actually pretty civil and by the book from what I saw. I guess someone was tryna take some items with out paying for them. And the way they approached the person was polite but assertive. I admire these guys actually. We had a good laugh. Thanks guys, RH

The people at the pro desk don't know what customer service is at all All they do is laugh and joke to each other while you wait in the long lines The worst Home Depot by far Their store manager Wesley russel is a bitchhh doesn't know how to handles any kind of situation I really don't understand how she has that job Stay away from this Home Depot if you have an important project and need a lot of material It's just a big headache

Jessica, susan and Michele at the Customer Service area (i.e Order Pick Up) provided the best service ever for us last week. We had ordered three Kohler toilets and a bathtub that needed to be delivered to our new place on Wednesday to prevent project delays. Jessica and her team went out of their way to ensure we received the items on Wednesday! We were completely thrilled with their services! Thank you very much! Home Depot La Habra is now My Store for sure!!

We ordered a patio set and the delivery guys dropped it off on the curb at the base of a very steep driveway very far from our front porch. I called Customer Service to ask where they're supposed to deliver it and they said on the porch, when I told him that they delivered it over 100 feet from our front door she then changed her answer and said oh they'll do it on the driveway as well. The boxes are almost 100 pounds and I can't move them. When I said what happens if someone steals them because I can't take them inside my home she said Home Depot will not be liable for any items stolen as it has been delivered. I had to go buy a dolly just to get my items closer to my front door. This was just pure laziness on the delivery team and it ended up costing me an extra $130 to buy a dolly. I'll never order something delivered to my home again through Home Depot and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you don't either

I did not know we were coming a little close to closing time, however the staff did a great job nonetheless. I had ordered ten doors and John, Jonathan, and Richie of the evening shift troubleshooted a safe way to get all my doors home in one piece. They were nice, helped load all of my doors, and even went the extra mile to help with tie downs. At most Home Depot's it takes forever to get service, however these guys were awesome. I always like to leave a good review when people go the extra mile. Thanks boys of the night shift!

Lyn and Brianna working customer service Sunday March 20th was a horrible experience. Total waste of time they did nothing but talk amongst themselves had us waiting for ever just for 3 chairs .. that's what u get when you put females in mens territory lol either way they both need to work at the mall forever 21 in stead of Home Depot ! Off to Lowes to get what I need since these girls couldn't help !

We needed some help and Bill in the garden area was very friendly and helpful with choosing the right plants for the area with the right type of pots and soil to get. He even helped to load our car. He went above the call of duty. HD is very lucky to have a great gentleman who knows his stuff to help us out. We really appreciate his service. Thanks Bill. You made our experience an awesome experience. Now we need to get to work.

I bought an exterior door back in Sep 2021. I was supposed to arrive in Nov. Here we are in the middle of Feb and still waiting. I called the store yesterday asking to speak with the manager. 36 hours and counting and no call back. Done with H.D.

Went to Home Depot today to pick up some items for a water damage situation and met the absolute best worker I've ever encountered at Home Depot! Jordan is the very best! He was so incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer every single question I had. He personally walked me over to every aisle and helped me find all the items I needed to complete my project. He was professional, patient, thorough, respectful and so wonderful to work with! He's young but knows more than any Home Depot employee I've ever met. I wish every store could hire workers like him..it would literally change the shopping experience for every customer. I hope they'll continue to hire and train more workers to be like Jordan!!

We had a wonderful experience at the Home Depot in La Habra! Staff is always friendly and very helpful. Tim, from garden, in particular is an absolute legend. He search the entire store up and down to find us an extra box of Christmas lights. Without his help we would not have had enough lights for this year. Thank you so much Tim! A.k.a. the Hunter! You are the best.

I was in need of a new washer and dryer and had the pleasure of meeting Del yesterday in the Appliance Department. He was so knowledgeable about washers and dryers and made it an easy choice for me. He goes above and beyond in all areas of Customer Service! I would highly recommend seeing him if you are in need of an appliance

They were out of the Milwaukee battery sets so the worker called another store and had that idem transferred to the store. They called me as soon as the item came in. They even honored my coupon cuz they didn't have the item I wanted and it expired that day. Thank you Andrea for going above and beyond with your service.

apparently the racist loss prevention guy still works here. despite the fact that he called me a "n*gger". this time as i left (after paying for the 2 things i showed up for) he was outside using his cell phone to take pictures of me. hey home depot!!! check your damn cameras. ive never stolen anything in my life and your employee (apparently) has a personal grudge against a customer for reporting his inappropriate actions. jesus. do something about this already.
