Store is always clean, and will stocked. They could have more checkers open during this busy season.**A side note: Ladies, if you take your purse do not leave it unattended. A lady had her purse stolen. They were able to catch the guy and return it. Your purse is your responsibility!!

Too much of a good thing isn't good for my pocketbook! I can't seem to get it off that page without going up every row looking at all the great merchandise they offer, and can never pass up awesome sales which Hobby Lobby has both.

Great family restaurant with amazing good. I have enjoyed everything I have tried. When family comes from out of state they ask to go to Scottys. I highly recommend.

An awesome store with an enormous selection of items sor your household needs. Decorations, etc. Great place to shop for holiday decorations.Good customer service.

I didn’t know Hobby Lobby has so much home decor (not just seasonal decor) besides craft supplies. I love how the decor items are arranged by theme and color. Also a nice place to get faith-based gifts since there aren’t any Christian bookstores in the area.

My daughter and I had a real fun time until it came time to check out. It took nearly an hour to pay for the few items we bought. I came very close to leaving my cart there with everything in it. The problem is I never saw any reason for the hold up. It wasn't overly busy. I think it was just incompetent employees.

The moment we walked in a beautiful smell hit us. The establishment was very clean towards the back it did look like they were setting up to re-merchandise, but the freight that they had on the floor was well organized. I seen many workers working and assisting customers. They were very helpful and again it was very clean and we'll maintained . When I was leaving they had about three lines opened and the manager was in the front and they were maintaining the lines their services fast. Their customer service was amazing and as I was leaving, I heard the manager or supervisor advising their staff that they're doing a good job on maintaining there areas. This was a very good hobby lobby with a very good team which I believe has a very good leader. The person at our register. I believe his name was John he did a very good job as well and asked if we had found everything ok and if we needed anything and he just had amazing customer service. 10/10 I would most definitely be returning to this location.

Although there was one employee who helped me during my first visit to the store, my follow-up visit (to pick up my items) was ridiculous. As I waited in the only open cashier line (to pick up my items), I saw two managers and counted at least four employees standing around, talking. One manager (Inez) at one point acknowledged the customers in line but did nothing about it (i.e. get another register open, ring a customer up herself, etc); she simply walked away. Employees there need to be better trained and managers need to lead by example.

The manager Deon is probably the worst manager I have ever witnessed. He decided he wanted to cash registers mid day when there was a rush. Instead of opening a new register then closing the other one, he held lines continuously. Making many customers walk out very upset. Definitely not my best shopping experience. I waited over 20 mins to get rung up. Unbelievable.

?STAY AWAY FROM HOBBY LOBBY!!?I thought these were cute… but I won’t be buying them. Today 5/16/2023 I went to Hobby Lobby (1351 W Imperial Highway La Habra 90631) since it was on the way while walking to nearest post office to mail some packages. I had my blue reusable shopping bag with me, and it had all my packages and outgoing mail in it. I decided to pop in real quick to look for items I didn’t find at the Costa Mesa gem faire I went to last week. I took some pictures and got some ideas, and I found these variously sized little glass bottles in a package for 8.99 on the jewelry aisle. I walked around with them because I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy them or not. I only needed one, not several. I decided to leave them and put them back on another isle (which was my mistake, I should have put them back where I got them). I walked back up to the front of the store and when I got to the door, a woman about my same height (4’11) with dark brown/black hair, black pants, an either white or cream colored patterned shirt and wearing a gold name badge that said “RITA” with “assistant manager” under it) approached me from the side, got very close, and started to try to block my path. At first I was confused as to what was going on but she soon made her intentions clear. She asked me where the pack of bottles was! I was absolutely shocked. I told her I put them back, and she didn’t believe me! She then insisted that I go show her where I put them. I refused, because I now was absolutely aware of what was going on. I started feeling really upset and wanted to get out of the situation ASAP because I knew I did nothing wrong. I described to her in detail where they were, on top of one of the open shipment boxes just a few aisles over on the floor. By this point all the workers and customers in the front were watching and listening, and I was feeling really embarrassed. She said okay and didn’t even apologize, and walked away. I feel and absolutely believe that this happened to me due to racial/stereotypical profiling. I am short, had my hair messy, sweats on, and I have a lot of piercings and tattoos. This is not the first time I have been followed or watched closely at Hobby Lobby but it’s the first time something like this has ever happened to me in any retail store. It sucks too because they have some stuff I totally wanted.

Rita, the assistant manager is extremely rude and discriminatory. She wrongfully accused my friend of stealing, and tried physically restraining her from leaving the building even though she did NOT steal anything from the store. My friend tried telling her repeatedly that she did not steal anything and she had put back the items she was looking at because she wasn’t sure if she wanted to buy them that day, so she PUT THE ITEMS BACK.Rita should be either demoted or fired.If this is the way your employees treat innocent bystanders, I will make it my life mission to boycott hobby lobby.

I love Hobby Lobby other than the fact they're a little too high in certain items but you can find something there for anyone as a gift and I support because they are Christian owned company
