Great customer service, friendly staff and affordable prices. They hooked my suit up and made me look perfect!

Very over priced! She wanted to charge me $50 to hem a little girl's dress that didn't even cost $20. I took it to another cleaners and it was only $25. They make prices up that don't make sense. Also, the customer service is terrible. I don't think they care about keeping customers. Don't waste your time coming here! There are so many better options close by.

they were good in the past, but I guess the owner does not care anymore, results are poor, so many other options that are cheaper and better

My 3 year old LOVES his baby blanket. He goes everywhere with it and drags it on the ground, over rocks, on the stairs, you name it. After countless washings and picking and biting, the satin binding began to come undone. He continued to pull at it and bite it until almost one side was off and the two sides of the blanket were coming apart. We needed an emergency seamstress! I've come here in the past for some quick tailoring, so I knew the quality of the work. Located in the Stater Bros and Rite Aid shopping plaza, it's easy to get to with ample parking. When my wife brought the blanket in, the seamstress was so understanding and empathetic knowing that my baby couldn't sleep without his blankey, so she assured us that it would be ready in 5 hours. 3 hours later. I happened to be in the neighborhood and I called if I could pick up the blanket early and it was DONE! Wow, the repair was flawless and early to boot and my 3 year old is happy and sleeping soundly... at least for the next hour. Then he's up until 11pm! Sigh, if only the seamstress could fix his sleeping habits...

They ruined my blouse and would not take responsibility. They dragged it out over two months telling me I could make an insurance claim. However, they never followed up nor offered any info on how to file such "claim" and with whom. It's one thing to ruin something. It's another to not take responsibility for one's actions.

This is my go to for all my tailoring needs. Just had a hole in snowboard pants stitched up and a new zipper for my hoodie. The cost was $27 in case you wanted to get a price range. I believe the stitch for my pants was $6 and the new zipper was just under $20 plus tax was around $27 total. I have brought dry cleaning here in the past but there are other places closer to my house that are cheaper. But this is my stop for any clothing that needs tailoring.

Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. And when they don't think they can help with a stain on a certain fabric or item, they let you know before u spend your money. If you still want them to try they will, or sometimes give you advice on what u can do at home

Brouht a sweater in to be dry cleaned they destroyed it, owner refused to do anything other than offer store credit. This was my first time there why would I go back to a place that destroyed the thing I brought in. This was a men's size medium now it wouldn't fit a toddler. Owner would not talk to me at all until I came into the store and begged the person at the counter to call him. Very poor customer service and they are unwilling to admit to and make up for their mistakes. Paid $248 for this sweater (actually a gift from my wife) less than 2 years ago. Worn a handful of times, was never expecting the full amount as I understand depreciation but asked fo $100. Would not even consider it
