I have been a client of Express Financial Services for over a year and I am a very happy. They have cleaned up the mess I had going on and are always so patient with me. Lilly, who is my account specialist, came to my salon when my printer was down so I would not miss a deadline.

This was less than a one star for me! I worked for a Tax Service at one time not that long ago. They couldn't even get my address right after my filling out their questioner and me giving them a couple of previous tax returns, the address that they put would be between my house and next door, doesn't exist...The State owes me several hundred that I will never get! They had me paying several thousand, I haven't had to pay anything for years!!! Then charges me a lot to do them. Finished them and never bothered to call me when they were done. When I called about the mistake I was told I must have given them the wrong information, there was nothing they could do...not even I am sorry or we will amend it. Never Again!!!

This did not work for me this guy is an idiot he don't know what he is doing I cannot get my FEDERAL tax return cause the stupid entered the wrong social security number wrong 3 times and now I have to call the IRS to confirm my identity and he charged me $300.00 dollars it's really unfair and he does not know what he is doing I'll never go back to file my income tax with him he does not have your back but he is willing to take your money

Mike and his team are the best! He handles all my flower shop's accounting from the quarterly to my payroll and he is always available to answer my many monthly questions and whenever I misplace my paper work , he is quick to send me another copy. He also handle the personal taxes for several family members on my husband's side as well as mine and everyone is very pleased with his experience and knowledge. The staff is always patient and very polite. Thank you for your awesome service for my shop and my family!

I have had my income tax work with Mike of Express Financial for a long time and have always had the best experience and service. I am the office manager at an engineering firm in La Mirada. The owner and founder of our firm passed away last December. His partners took over the firm which led to hiring a new CPA firm and making the decision to bring the bookkeeping and payroll in-house. EFS has worked with our firm for decades and specifically with me since late last year. EFS has taken our pile of paperwork and turned it into invoices and financial statements as well as doing our payroll and payroll taxes. I will miss working with Mike, Hang and Sheila as they are professional, reactive and really care about doing a great job. I would recommend EFS without hesitation.
