This review is based off customer service. Called to set up an appointment for an alignment. I had purchased a Groupon and it stated to make an appointment. So that’s what I did. I got the assistant manager (George) over the phone. I stated that I would like to make an appointment. He responded with a sarcastic “it’s first come, first serve!” I let him know that it was a Groupon and on the Groupon it said to make an appointment. He proceeded to ask what type of vehicle I had. I responded that I do have a Mercedes Benz. He responded, “oh for a European car it’s gonna be an extra charge.” I explained to George that I did purchase the Groupon that was specifically for European cars, there was 4 different options and I carefully read them. I chose the option that fit my specific vehicle. The cost was more than the others and I figured that justified the extra cost. George maintained a very sarcastic tone and asked how much I paid for my Groupon. I told him and he said yeah still gonna be an extra cost, never even suggesting or estimating the cost. I had to ask why. He responded twice with it just is more. I had to directly ask how much more. I felt it not professional to ask what I paid for a Groupon. I did answer but I don’t think it was right. However George could not articulate the reasons for the additional cost even though I explained that there was nothing in the fine print that suggested the possibility of an extra cost and I did purchase the Groupon according to my vehicle. Hopefully no one else will have this problem or you can possibly try another place to get better customer service. As for me I will be calling back to speak with a manager that George would not give me the name of.

do not even think of purchasing a Groupon here period you will be wasting your time and money. I purchased a Groupon for a wheel alignment on March 1 and came in the next day on March 2 around 12 PM on a rainy Monday. The guy told me it might be about four hours until he gets to work on my car. an hour later he tells me he can’t work on my car because I need new tires. I pass on his offer to buy his tires and my boyfriend gets me tires the next day from somewhere else. Yesterday March 17 I come in and it’s 11 AM exactly and he tells me to drop off my car and he doesn’t know when he’ll get to it. I asked him why I will take so long and he said he hast to take into account of his workers lunch. So at this point I forgot to mention that he redeemed my coupon on March 2. He told me to come back and I did but now he can’t get to my car. i’ve driven 30 miles there and back twice now with no work being done. Getting my wheel alignment somewhere else but now he’s going to make it hard for me to get my money back from Groupon. Other places do not redeem your Groupon unless the work is done. Super disappointed

Do not believe the reviews from Groupon!! Trust Google review. I call for an appointment and was told there is no appointment needed. Showed up early at 8 on Saturday morning and was told to leave the car and pick up in the afternoon. And I asked what time ? He said " don't know. Until the time comes... " how lame was that? On Groupon specifically saying appointment required but he is giving the opposite. I said I got to cancel my Groupon order, he said" sure,get your money back". He does give a dame about customer. Looks like he has too much business more than enough to no give a dame. They have the lowest price list for oil change sell on Groupon. Don't buy it. Just a bait to get you purchase with lots of regrets. Waste your time.

I have serviced my Infiniti FX 35 here a couple of times. On my second time, I can't believe that they would steal the emblem on my engine cover. Now, i'm not sure if the service they provided me was legit or they just ripped me off, if they would even steal an emblem thinking I would not notice it missing. Stop acting low if you want costumers to want your service.

Came at 9:30am for oil change from Groupon. right now is 11am. And they still haven't brought my car to the garage. Doesn't matter how busy a business is, but waiting this long for an oil change(normally under 15 mins) is unacceptable. The man in the front has the nerve to ask me if I have a ride home, and that they may not get to it until 5pm. Nor do they take appointments for oil change. This whole oil change operation seems like a scam. I'm only here because of Groupon but had I knew it was going to take this long for oil change, I would have paid a little more and go valvoline..Don't recommend this place.

Worst place to visit. The people are rude and disrespectful. They don't honor the deals they put online. And one person in particular is the gentleman in front desk. Has the worst attitude if he hates his job then quit and get a better one. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I came to this location twice for an oil change and both times the person who I spoke with said they were busy and cannot do the oil change. The first time I went he said to come back early next morning to which I did, but again turned down for same reasoning. I also asked if they take reservations but they said no. I also noticed they did not have many cars at the lot and the previous person who came got turned away for similar reasons.

Horrible shop EVER! The guy who was at the office completely rude and disrespectful. I called in advanced to set an appointment and drove 50mins and he told me he was unable to take my car. Then, he stated if you're still interested you will need to be here tomorrow before he open the shop (7am) and made himself very clear saying if you want us to take your vehicle for the day you be here at 5AM. Time wasn't even an issue it was his attitude completely rude. WORST SHOP EVER KNOWN!

Then, he stated if you're still interested you will need to be here tomorrow before he open the shop (7am) and made himself very clear saying if you want us to take your vehicle for the day you be here at 5AM. Time wasn't even an issue it was his attitude completely rude. WORST SHOP EVER KNOWN!

Listen to these reviews, DONT COME HERE. Dude tried to upcharge me after I said I used the groupon because he "usually charges $150" for the oil my car uses and said my car needed a special oil like Mercedes do. Nope, I know what oil my car needs, doesn't need to be upcharged $50 more that what I already paid for on groupon. He didn't try to say that on the phone when I called beforehand. Didn't even ask what kind of car. Probably didn't help me that I'm a young woman who came alone. It was also around noon and he said for the oil change I'd need to leave my car overnight. I said nevermind, left for a different car shop in Artesia and got it done in 30 minutes for $65 total. Thankfully Groupon refunds deals bought within 3 days.

Came previously and advised Gustavo Martinez I have a Groupon. He advised the Groupon was good for the oil change but asked Me to come back around 7 or 8 am. I drove again over 30 minutes for Him to tell Me it would cost an additional $40 + with the Groupon. Claiming He didn't know the kind of car I was driving yet He was talking to Me while I was in My car. Which is a 2016 VW Jetta and the Groupons states it covers it. HORRIBLE horrible horrible customer service. DO NOT COME HERE. The guy that works here, I'm assuming named Gustavo, hates his life and his job and talks to you as if you're inconveniencing him by taking your car in for their service. He will talk down to you and in a passive aggressive tone and in a degrading way. Don't bother wasting your time here!Valvoline does a WAY better job with WAY better customer service. Valvoline is also much quicker and will have you in and out in no more than 20 min. Trust me, it isn't worth using their Groupon and coming here. Gustavo refused to give me his name, didn't have a name tag on, and he hates his life and his job. He refused to provide an oil change and asked that I come back. When I asked what time he'd like me to return, he told me 12 but then proceeded to tell me he probably wouldn't be able to service me even if I did come back at 12. So I told him no and that I'd be staying and waiting for my oil change to be done now.He then proceeds to tell me that I have an oil leak and I asked him where the leak was coming from. He then said he didn't know and that he could check, but that it would cost money for an evaluation. This guy hates his job and makes it very very obvious. You will be treated as if you're inconveniencing him by taking your business to their business. Just don't.
