When the Walgreens up the street closed, they transferred all their clients to this CVS; no notice from either entity, now THAT'S weird, inconvenient, and a lot of other adjectives, but my review only has to do with my experiences with CVS. My experiences have included poor customer service in the pharmacy, but not the actual store service or check out. The pharmacy staff either don't care about their customers or are completely rude people who are unable to answer common questions. They say they'll call you back and don't. They say they'll call your doctor and don't. But the one experience that was the worst was when they lied about how much a prescription cost was when I could've received it via mail from Optum Rx for WAY cheaper, but they waited two plus days saying they didn't have authorization. The doctor's office said they never received a call or fax requesting authorization; it would automatically update in their system. Long story, short--The prescription bottle was empty, and I ended up paying nearly three times the amount I would've paid through Optum Rx!!!

TERRIBLE pharmacy!!! I've been having to call the pharmacy to ask them to place the orders for my medications for MONTHS!! It is ridiculous! My doctor will send them a prescription, I will get a notification to which I call and follow up, and they always say "Oh, we need to order that. Did you want us to order that for you?"!!! Days after getting the initial order for which they should have placed the order then!!! It is beyond infuriating to have to worry so much about my medication every single month. I am happily switching pharmacies.

There was a heavier set boy on 3/7/24
He right away told us were closing in 5 minutes. Cause I just cleared the registers so yeah. Very flamboyant and with a snotty attitude. It was 940pm. If the time states the hours. We as customers will show up at anytime before closing time to get the necessities we traveled here to get. Please retrain your employees. I've been in management in retail and this is not in any policy. My husband actually works next door in the CVS distribution center and he's in management. Very sad to receive this treatment

Ive only been here twice and the customer service is the worst and it's not just from the all employees.its just from one named Ashley. The few time I've been here I've been unfortunate enough of having her ring me up. When I ask a simple question she just simply states she doesn't know. After she proceeded to charge me wrong and only noticed seconds later after leaving the store. When I came back and tried to call her attention. She proceeded to walk away to ignore me knowing she was wrong in the transaction. It want only took another employee called her attention stating that I was calling her m. Luckily the other employee helped but as she was helping Ashely stated that when ringing me up, my discount didn't show but still decided to charge me instead of correcting the price. Ashely named to be retrained or just find another job

Horrible service the staff are so lazy .. they called me saying my prescription was ready and when i arrive they had me waiting for a whole hour do not recommend this place.

I am giving 2 stars because the location is convenient, with ample parking. I have been going to this CVS for at least 6 years. There were change in staff both in the pharmacy section and the general section. The 2 pharmacists are the worst "image" for this location. They never smile nor say hello. When you ask them a question, they act like they are super bothered and no time for customers. I am sure they get tired just like every else, but certainly that is not the way to treat customers.

I use this Pharmacy for the convenience of it's location. The pharmacists & techs are professional & friendly. The other employees/cashiers seem to be bothered when asked questions or when they're needed at the register. They don't even say hello or acknowledge patrons. I'm not taking it personally because I've witnessed others being treated poorly for no apparent reason. One time I was waiting for several minutes for the 2 cashiers to stop talking so I could just buy a snack while I waited for a prescription to be filled. At least I had nowhere to be, but I can see why customers would just give up and leave.

I go regularly to this CVS on Harbor. The staff and pharmacist are outstanding. I have had very excellent service every time I go. I wish I could tell you the staff members by name. Applause and tons of thanks to these wonderful people.

maaaan!!! the CVS on 1151 harbor blvd. in La Habra is the best! I never had any problems . My pharmacy techs are awesome and i get dialed in everytimegracias!!!

CVS is a nice place in general, but the staff here are lovely and they will be happy to help you and actually be there for you! Shout out Jerry the pharmacist absolutely great guy

I ordered pictures via their app. I went to pick them up, and several of the photos I ordered were missing. My envelope also included photos from a wedding and honeymoon that weren't mine. I called the store and they said they would redo my order. About two weeks have gone by and I placed a second order for more pictures. I went in to pick them up today. Someone, who I believe was the manager was able to find the new order but not the old one that was supposed to have been reprinted. she asked me who I had spoken to and I don't remember. About this time, another woman comes up and also starts asking about the original photo order. She asked what day I ordered them. It was a couple of weeks ago so of course I don't remember. She starts looking through the app on my phone. They ask for my phone number so they can follow up which I write down. At about this time, I realize it's probably more trouble than it's worth and I just let them know that it's OK and never mind. As I started to leave the store, the second lady raises her voice to me and tells me that I gave her attitude when she was just trying to help. There were other people standing around so I was quite embarrassed. As I walked out the door I told her that I did not have an attitude and that I was a customer so she should be nicer. I will never go to that store again after being treated horribly by this woman. She should not have a job working with the public.
