Bad service from the employee who was attending to the cash registers, yelling at the customers, asking for help in the checkout area. and the lady treated us as if we were stealing and there was another customer next to whom I yelled at what bad service we have here from the lady employee, they are not the only pharmacy until my membership that I had canceled 6/13/2024 around 7:50 p.m.

The staff are generally friendly. But this place feels like it is always either closed or busy. Been 3 times. First time with wife who needed emergency over the counter drug. They were just closing for lunch and the employee closed the shutters in front of us despite us asking if we could just quickly buy one item. I think it was 1pm exactly
Second time couple of months later I arrive 2 minutes after 2pm it's still locked shut and 6 people waiting in line for it to open. I left and came back and hour later. This time open but 6-8 people in line.
Now I remember why I use Vons or Albertsons...

My pharmacy experience was terrible. Most of my maintenance medication is ordered through CVS Care Mart but they forgot to put my prescription on auto refill so I had to go to my local CVS to get a week supply until my prescription arrived. It was a terrible experience as neither company knew how to handle the situation and was promised by CVS I would get a call once it was handled and I never received a call. I got tired of waiting and had to call CVS Care Mart and I finally canceled my order through them so my local CVS can fill my prescription. The procedure wasn't hard to but somehow they waisted my time all day calling Care Mart to get a resolution. They are the professionals and you would think they should know the proper procedure in this circumstance.

Nick was the only employee I saw. He was at the counter checking people out. He was extremely busy with several customers at the same time. Every customer on "self checkout" machines needed his assistance as well as ones in line at his counter. He was so helpful, patient, and kind. Offered to come around counter and help the older woman in front of me in line to put her heavy item in her walker basket for her. I am embarrassed thst I did not offer to help her. He Kept track of all the customers and treated everybody well, and greeted all new customers coming in door. I was so pleasantly surprised. I was dropping off a UPS package. Even though so busy, he added a little more tape to secure it better and he texted the receipt to me.

I drove in extreme rain weather to come and buy medicine because online it says closes at 10pm but they close by 8pm just fyi so you don’t waste time and gas like me

This CVS is horrible. Cashier, employees are horrible. Here with my client and we needed help and no one wanted to help us. The only person that was helpful was the Pharmacist.

Great pharmacy with excellent pharmacists and pharmacy technicians here. Everyone here is super friendly, caring and professional. I have read some of the fake one-star reviews and you can tell those people are fake reviewers (like that one guy about getting turned away from getting vaccinated lol). I have been to this store many times and all the employees here are delightful and consistent in helping their patients and customers. Those fake reviewers with angry comments indicate how entitled they are and think the world revolves around them ??♂️.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacy staff are extremely slow, unorganized and unhelpful. They never get my prescription ready on time and always give me hard time because I’m using Medical.

Wish I could rate lower than one star. Booked a vaccine and had several confirmation texts and emails and signed in only to be told by pharmacy team I had no appointment and needed to leave because it wasn't their problem.A friend also booked a vaccine that went through but before getting her shot the nurse told her the vaccine wasn't for her and that she was taking away from people who actually need it, the vaccine wasn't safe for her, and that she should leave because it was a waste of everyone's time.We are both immunocompromised. So unprofessional.

I'm very disappointed in the manager Daniel S. I was shopping for a thermometer for my toddler because our old one broke. I found one for a fantastic price. It was behind closed glass and was displayed as 17.95!! I was ecstatic! The sales associate Brandon helped me with my purchase. When he rang me up he informed me that the thermometer was priced incorrectly. It was 49.99 instead of 17.95. I was pretty bummed but since it was BEHIND GLASS, and HAD SEVERAL MORE THERMOMETERS BEHIND THE SAME PRICE. I figured he manager would honor their mistake. Well I was sadly mistaken. Brandon did his best to make it right. I really appreciate his efforts and I am satisfied with Brandon's customer service BUT the manager Daniel S really needs to make sure the associates are stocking their products correctly because this was such a big let down for me. I have been financially hit hard from covid and needing a thermometer for my toddler this was a necessity so I obviously bought it for the extended, not advertised, price of 49.99. Very disappointed
