This CVS is horrible. Cashier, employees are horrible. Here with my client and we needed help and no one wanted to help us. The only person that was helpful was the Pharmacist.

I'm very disappointed in the manager Daniel S. I was shopping for a thermometer for my toddler because our old one broke. I found one for a fantastic price. It was behind closed glass and was displayed as 17.95!! I was ecstatic! The sales associate Brandon helped me with my purchase. When he rang me up he informed me that the thermometer was priced incorrectly. It was 49.99 instead of 17.95. I was pretty bummed but since it was BEHIND GLASS, and HAD SEVERAL MORE THERMOMETERS BEHIND THE SAME PRICE. I figured he manager would honor their mistake. Well I was sadly mistaken. Brandon did his best to make it right. I really appreciate his efforts and I am satisfied with Brandon's customer service BUT the manager Daniel S really needs to make sure the associates are stocking their products correctly because this was such a big let down for me. I have been financially hit hard from covid and needing a thermometer for my toddler this was a necessity so I obviously bought it for the extended, not advertised, price of 49.99. Very disappointed

Incompetent cashier. Item was priced differently than what it wrang up. I asked her to go look at the tag & then quickly replied, "I won't be able to change it on the register". So in other words she wasn't going to go check the price tag regardless. We will be sure to avoid CVS.

I will never use CVS pharmacy again. I brought in my prescription at noon and was told that the dosage didn't exist for my sons antibiotic and that they had to call the dentist (my son had 7 extractions yesterday). I was assured I would get a text when it was ready. At almost 3pm I still had no text. I called and talked to another pharmacist and she said "oh here it is I will call the doctor now and call you back" I waited two more hours and no call back. I called again and was told it was ready. So I drive here and it is now 6pm and I'm told the pharmacist has to mix it and she just went to lunch. I am now waiting another 30 minutes. So my son who has had his teeth extracted is still waiting to take his meds. UNACCEPTABLE

Great CVS! Nice layout and stocked well. Looks so much more inviting since the whole shopping center was overhauled about 2 years ago.

This location has excellent service and the staff is incredibly friendly. I have been spending a great deal of time here lately due to my 8 week cough. I love the CVS night time cough syrup. I buy my Medicine then walk over to Northgate Market and eat something from their already made food in the court yard to wash down my cough syrup.

The lines are usually always long, place seems Under staffed.. when you have to wait for authorization for your medication from The head pharmacist, who's usually taking calls that the other pharmacist can do You're looking anywhere from 30-1 hr wait time. The staff is friendly.

Veronica the cashier is rude! I asked her if they sold liquor and she acted like I was bothering her. She rang up my items and I told her the price was wrong. Again she acted like I was bothering her. After she rung me up I went back to the sign to photo it. Then she said oh yeah there's a coupon. With a personality like that she should get a job holding an advertisement sign on the corner. Then she won't have to deal with people!!

The pharmacy has gone down hill since they made the switch, worst wait time for any pharmacy ever. Seems like every couple months I having issues with prescriptions that doctor sends over. Stopped in Friday evening at 6pm, prescription in hand, husband in the car returning from emergency shoulder surgery. Was told they wouldn't have time to fill prescription, as there were to many ahead of me, I was the only one there. She said others were in the system and pharmacist had to do those by the end of shift which was almost 2 hours away. I was told go somewhere else if I really needed it. Believe me I will, and I'll take all my business elsewhere. Been going there for over 20 yes back when it was Long Drugs. Not sure what's going on but it's not good...

Compared to the other CVS' I've been to, this pharmacy has great customer service. The pharmacist and the techs are courteous and helpful. They let you know what's going on the phone and do not make false promises. I never shopped there for other things so I'm not sure but this is just the review for their medication pharmacy department only.

Worst customer service ever! Always a long wait. Three months in a row there service said my order was ready but when I got there it wasn't even filled. This month they actually called (automated) but the only problem was I wasn't suppose to get a refill on my meds! Stay away! Go to RiteAid!

It looks like there cutting everyone's hours, new people from other stores are there and really lack and customer service skills. We were there today, 8 people in line to pick up, with 1 person at the cash register, 4 people to drop off and were all very frustrated. Sounds like new management wasn't such a good idea!

Hello, I went into store to exchange a make-up item. (the original CVS did not have the right one. I checked the next day). I had peeled off the item code. I had my receipt from another store. There wasn't another item with the same code for the returned item. Dan the store supervisor was great in helping me out. He called the original CVS that I bought the item from and got the item code. Dan was very helpful. I appreciated his help. I didn't have to drive around to make the exchange. Thank You Dan for all your help
