I had an issue at a different branch location, and came here to explain what had happened and how i was disappointed with the false hope/miscommunication I was presented with. They both took the time to listen as well as try to find solutions to take care of me as their valued customer to do anything they can to help resolve the issue that had happened at a different location. Again, I'm so glad these two were able to start off the help I needed and escalate the matter further to get better assistance and resolve the issue for me. “Love having Arrowhead Credit Union so close to home with this new location since I've been with them since 2010. Staff is very helpful and friendly as I expected with ACU. The office is a tiny bit tricky to find since it's at the rear corner of a large building. Hopefully this location will grow and move to the front of the building.”

“We went in to open bank account and we didn't have appointment. It was fairly quick. They run your credit to open bank account which I found odd but they have great interest rates for their customers so it's worth it. We were done by 30 mins. We had filled out most information online so it made it quicker.”

“Been a member for 20+ years however, I always used SAFCU as a secondary bank. About 2 years ago, my wife and I finally moved away from Chase bank after a few issues with that institution to make SAFCU our main bank. Moving to SAFCU was one of the best decisions we have made, and we probably should have done this sooner. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and I know things will get done without any issues. The only nonissue I have is their iPhone app is still not as user friendly as other banks, but it works fine for balance inquiries or to setup recurring payments.”

“I refinanced a loan with SDCCU. They were easy and straight forward. I had a hurdle and they denied the loan on a Fannie Mae rule but then listened to my rebuttal and the loan got approved.
