“I just want to say Juana was a literal angel. I had my car and mailbox broken into and someone kept accessing my accounts. I felt overwhelmed, helpless and violated. I was literally at the brink of tears walking into the bank. I was already dealing with a loss in the family so this fraudulent activity was more than I was able to bare at the time. I went to the Garden Grove location and although the teller was nice she didn’t really help me in any way. Juana took her time, listened and gave me the number to the identity protection department. I really believe God makes no mistakes and sent me an angel in my time of need. She was so professional and empathetic . She started an account for me but it was more like a therapy session and she was my therapist. She listened,shared stories of her pup and even got my dog some dog treats from the back. There really are NO words to express how grateful I am. It is just an example of no matter the job or position, a person of God is always doing Gods work. So grateful and thankful. I gave them my story and information and they went above and beyond to one hundred percent rectify the situation and restore my faith not only in them, but also a bit in the world. “Love having Arrowhead Credit Union so close to home with this new location since I've been with them since 2010. Staff is very helpful and friendly as I expected with ACU. The office is a tiny bit tricky to find since it's at the rear corner of a large building. Hopefully this location will grow and move to the front of the building.”
