I had ordered from them twice before with no real issues besides one exploded beer but that was from the weather, no big deal. Orders arrived less than 2 weeks after placing them.
I was gifted the sour/stout box for my birthday. I was moving 6 weeks after the order was placed. No big deal so I thought. After about a week with no confirmation email, I sent them an email. No response. Over the next month I sent them 2-3 more emails and wrote them on IG. Emails were never responded to. Someone did reply on IG a day later but then never again. About a week before I moved I wrote them again on IG asking them to cancel if it was not going to be shipped. No response.
The beers ended up arriving two days before I left. Unfortunately, not even close to worth it. It's 64.99 with "free shipping" for 6 beers. I believe it was ~$15 for shipping when I ordered previously so I'll say it was $50 for 6 beers......I could go to total wine and buy all of these singles for $20 total. Yes, I went to the site and checked because I knew some of these beers already. Felt like someone just grabbed the cheapest things they could from both categories. I wasn't expecting six $10 beers but this is ridiculous and a complete waste of money. Felt worse that it was a gift from someone else.
