If you are going to try to install for 2 hrs and call to inform me that the new tires ordered were too old to be installed due to safety concern, you could’ve checked the manufacturer date BEFORE the customer shows up for the appointment. It ruins everyone day and waste everyone’s time.
It seems a repeat occurrence here.

It's difficult to schedule a appointment over the phone. Took three visits to get a appointment and the correct tires in. Third visit had the correct tires in that I ordered to be told after waiting 2 hours that they would not install them even though I had manager approval to install when the order was placed at the second visit. They put the car together with the old tires. Two blocks down the road the dashboard alarm came on asking to program the TPMS. I turned around for them to program TPMS sensors because they forgot to do so. The TPMS light never turned off after they said it will reset after 20 minutes of driving. The manager is arrogant and wasted hours of my time. Nobody knew what to do and passed on their responsibility.

I ordered 55R20 tires, but they mistakenly installed 50R20. A week later, they called me to inform me of the mistake and asked me to return for a replacement. This unnecessary visit was inconvenient, especially since the error was on their end.
Additionally, I’m skeptical about their explanation. They claimed the tire shop simply sent the wrong size, but when I placed my order online, I received a ready-for-pickup confirmation within minutes, which suggests the correct tire was initially available. I can’t help but wonder if my original order was given to someone else and already used. To make matters worse, in the service invoice, they listed the correction as “tire inflation” instead of acknowledging the actual tire installation mistake, which feels misleading.
This experience has made me question their honesty and attention to detail. I expect better service and transparency, especially for something as important as tire installation.

Do not go here go somewhere else. I got new tires here and these people stole my new lock nut set and replaced it with a old used one. Pathetic

Went in Friday at 5:30pm. Was told that appointments could be made 7 days in advance or come in at 9:30am Saturday, stand in line and get the tires changed in 2-3 hours (Fri-Sun are their busiest days). I had already ordered my tires online and knew they were in stock. I got in line at 9:00am chatted with people in line, at 9:30am I dropped off my keys and was given an estimate of 2-3 hours. 3 hours later my car was done. Customer service was excellent, apologies for it taking so long and updates even without asking. These guys are doing their best. Costco has amazing prices, great warranty, tire rotations and more. If they sucked at their jobs we wouldn't be willing to spend 3 hours waiting(besides what other tire center has food samples, a food court, the ability to shop and accomplish so much in one place)?

Great price for tires but a hassle to get them installed. Online appointments are impossible to get. The solution is arriving at the store before opening to get a walk in spot. The staff are sort of mixed. The guy who did my paperwork was professional but the install guys were not the best. They seem irritated if you have a question. Next purchase will be back at Discount Tire or Big O. Always friendly and no ridiculous arriving before opening to get in.

I've been wating for 5 hour to get my tire changed. The took my car in an hour and a half ago and they still haven't changed it. I'm looking at it right now and all they've done is take the tire off. It doesn't take that long to change a tire guys. Unacceptable and unprofessional. The only reason why I came here was because I still had warranty on the tires. I'm NEVER coming back to get my tires done here.

Purchased 4 tires less than a year ago. Had repair coverage. Hit one tire on the curb. Called Costco to repair or replace. Told the first appointment was a full week away. Drive an SUV with a temporary spare. Couldn't wait a week. Costco told me if I wanted to come in as a walk-in it would be about 4 hours. However, if I came in at 9:45 AM and waited until they opened at 10:00 it might only be an hour. Showed up at 9:40. By the time I was able to get to the tire counter it was 10:10 with 3 people in front of me. When I got to the counter told it would take 4 hours. Said fine, but would it be better to leave the tire and go get lunch? Answer: yes. Made it clear I needed the tire installed (handicapped). Told: fine. Three and a half hours later they called to say my tire was ready. Reminded him I needed it installed. He stated I'd have to wait at least 4 more hours. Probably not until end of day because everyone that came after must be taken first. Asked for Supervisor (him). Asked for Manager. Manager (very rude) told me the same. That I could wait 4 more hours or wait more than a week for an appointment. Under the circumstances I'll have to pay someone else to install the tire. Good things about buying Costco tires, after that good luck.

Made an appointment to fix a nail in the tire.for next day. When I checked in for my appointment following day, I was told my wait time is 60 to 90 minutes. But, they took 2 hours to fix A SINGLE NAIL in the tire. Even with the appointment. Not worth it.
