Told me they could order my medication so I spent a week transferring it just to be told "they shouldn't have told you that". Their solution was to have me "call back in a few days and check again". When asked what would change within a few days I was told "I'm not sure". Wasted so much of my time.

We are lucky to have Costco near us.It's the best because we can always go conveniently and buy good products at low prices.Sometimes pizza or hot dogs are the best for the price.

I love Costco the service is great. The stuff they have is great. I decided to have my eyes checked at their vision center and that was the worst decision ever the doctor Soo Cha, has the worst bedside manner that I have ever seen. She stood next to me, and said you come with me. Had me leaning forward through. My whole exam was really short and curt for no reason and finally I asked her what was wrong with her and she looked at me like what's wrong with me it was the worst vision exam ever had. I filed a complaint with Costco and with my insurance company.

I frequent this Costco since it's close to my house! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and store is always clean and well stocked. There's plenty of parking and store is well managed!

I was so happy I was finally getting my Costco card. I was looking forward to buying meat. Since it's so expensive at the market. Whelp, I've bought meat twice ( chicken and ground beef), and each time I've cooked it. It has tasted weird. The quality control is not up to pare. The chicken tastes like plastic, and then the beef tastes exactly like the chicken. Either the butcher area is not being cleaned properly or they are preparing the meat in the same area. Something is not right. Idk if I will be back at Costco.

I love this store, It's the lack of customer awareness and service that I try not to come here. This store is very clean and typically very well stocked, its the customer service not the store. I went in today to pick up a few things and i didn't have my card. I went into the out door and I was abruptly stopped and notified by Benjamin to go through the other door. I totally get the enter through the enter door and exit through the exit door, but its inconvenient. When you go through the entrance you have to go all the way around and most of the closed checkouts are blocked with baskets. It's so disruptive to other patrons that are waiting in line for you to cut through only to all the way around. I cannot imagine there are a ton of people going to customer service for a replacement card. There were two other people there looking for a temporary card or new membership. My main dissatisfaction is the journey to find a smiling face in this store. While I was at the customer service desk i mentioned to the person how inconvenient the walk all the way around rule is and she agreed. As we were talking about it a strange thing happened, we looked over at the door and I pointed to the opening and Benjamin pointed back and started dancing it was pretty comical that he was being so immature. He was pointing at us and dancing like he was taunting me for complaining, I was wowed. Well at least he validated my theory, Customer service and satisfaction is of no importance to Mr. Benjamin. He is more concerned with possibly spoiling someone's day . As a customer service person myself i know we must always think outside of the box. We do not know what someone's going through as a customer service representative its your job to make sure you offer he best service and attitude while you are employed by a business who pays you for that service. This type of behavior and the moral of the entire store is a direct reflection of poor management. If I were a member of the senior staff I would investigate what makes this Costco a 2.5 average star Costco. If you plan on visiting this store please prepare yourself for subpar service.

Moving product around is so stupid! I just leave! I like to know where everything is! Costco moves it all around thinking it's a marketing scheme! No not for me....

Love this place. Never been disappointed and their prices are reasonable. The only problem is parking is atrocious. Inside lines are long.

I don't have an issue with the store. Actually it's our favorite. Easy to park and easy to navigate. Although the employees could be more friendly, pleasant, helpful and engaging. My issue is with the rotisserie chicken. It's often uncooked and bloody. I've called and have not been taken seriously. I've excused it away. I've made soup with it the next day. But OMG how much longer is this going to happen?! I've been the lucky recipient of these bloody chickens about ten times this year. It happens more than not. Curious how often this happens to others.

The guys at the gas station are extremely helpful, good job guys. The employees inside, the store especially Brenda in self checkout, the girl at register who refuses to show her name tag, and one of the managers here are extremely rude and condescending. Brenda likes to belittle people (especially Hispanic and Asian people) in self checkout. She may need to be retrained. If it wasn't for the guys at the gas station, this would be a 1 star.

Well Costco has disappointed me for the first time. They always say we take care of our customers blah blah no question. But they didn't want to give me a card because I have a Costco credit ok that's fine but what if I don't want to take out my credit card, then I had the man and women gang up on my and mocked me saying you can use your phone. And laughed wow that's your customer service representative and made a slick comment between each other "if I had two cards that would confuse me" how in the world that is going to confuse you if they loook completely different. I reply well maybe some people want to have a that membership card. And they just said oh well you have to wait for your lost card to get to you and use that. I will not shop here anymore I will be taking my business to Sam's club. I know they will appreciate my hard earned money

Almost purchasing 2 months at this location . First time returning here and a worker name Veronica old lady ask me for my card and right away ask me very rude if i am i am a costco member I said yes and ask me for my cosco card and a second id i told her my picture is in the card the problem was this worker was very rude and her voice look like she was angry or something else and i told her I don't like you then she call the manager and he resolved my refund without any problem. If she no willing to treat customer nicely she should not be in that position other section besides this return site they are nice worker and very helpful. This lady give bad reputation to return department at la Habra Costco

Majority of they employees are very kind and helpful at this location, but recently there's been some awful ones at the return section. The older white blonde lady is so rude and spoke to us as if we were stupid and same thing with another younger girl. If you're going to work in customer service at least speak to people like they're human and pretend you like your job there is no need to be rude and give people attitude for no reason.

I have had a wonderful experience at the Norwalk Costco Pharmacy but the drug I needed was back ordered so they suggested that I call some other pharmacies and they would then transfer the prescription. I tried calling the La Habra Costco and on my first attempt the phone rang, was picked up and placed on hold without a word being spoken. It cycled around and again when it rang, it was picked up and placed on hold without a word being spoken. After the fifth time, I called back and made a complaint to the manager because it seemed reasonable that they at least say "can you hold?" or speak before automatically placing the call on hold 6 times. She agreed. I am still looking for a pharmacy to fill my prescription so I called back today and the person "please hold" (improvement, right?) and then proceeded to pick up and press hold 3 more times without at word. It appears the La Habra Costco pharmacy has no phone etiquette.
