The couple times I've visited this branch-they are very non responsive and or helpful! I utilize and love appointment scheduling however in a bank/account emergency situation and the branches not having an agent redly available (even if we had a 15-30min wait) is ridiculous. The floor agent who greeted us, immediately told us there's no one to help, no use waiting because we'd be waiting for nothing-actually suggesting to leave and call another branch.

Our family have been Customers of Chase for many...many years, with substantial balances! We needed to open up a TRUST Account for my mother in law, she has had a regular checking account, savings account, and credit card with Chase for many years. My mother in law has dementia and her 2 sons are the Power of Attorneys for ALL her financial and medical needs. We brought in our documents for the Branch Manager and Personal Banker to scan and send to their legal department to review for approval. We had already had approval from the Title Company and were in the middle of a RE transaction and the Living Trust was perfect. After 3 attempts by Mr. Garcia to get this approved back east....it was denied, probably some young kid that doesn't know much about California Law...there was an amended POA that was NOT even considered....very sad and unprofessional. We were in shock...frantically we tried our Credit Union where we have a small checking and savings...the personal banker was kind considerate and understood our dilemma and did everything he could for our Family and in one day we were approved to set up a Trust Account. We will be moving all of our accounts from Chase, to our Credit Union. What happened to 30 years of Loyalty???

Very bad experience. We opened a new account with bouns when we keep money in bank more than 3 months. After 3 months, we came to close the account. Before we closed account, we double confirmed it's ok and not effective the bouns. After teller closed account, we found the balance is wrong(the teller not even found the amount was changed). The banker came help and told us they will check and give bonus back to us. After 1 month waiting, they told us not their mistake. It's happened because we said we want to close our account. They will not give back "my" bonus. Whatever we confirmed before we closed or not. I never has same situation in other banks. For future, if I received any promotion like this. I will never choose Chase again.

Bafflingly, my new job does not offer direct deposit. Everybody gets paid with a paper check. Since my credit union is so far away and their hours are severely limited (thanks Covid!) I've been cashing checks at Chase, since they are the bank that issues them. They charge EIGHT BUCKS to cash a check. To a geezer like me, that is offensive in two ways. First, that is a lot of money to me. Second, IT'S THEIR CHECK. There is no middle party. There should be no fee involved IMO. Anyway, today it was almost a hundred degrees and I did not feel like going to south OC just to get some cash. So I came here. The teller was friendly enough, and she asked me if the eight dollar fee was okay before she cashed the check. Also, there was no problem getting a roll of quarters. I have to do laundry and NOBODY has any quarters anymore WTF??? There was no line at all, even with only two windows open. So the branch itself is A-OK but seriously, stop charging fees for basic transactions. The check has my name on it. I have ID. You guys issued the check. I always laugh when they ask me if I want to open an account. AS IF.
