They did a great job fixing my car after it got hit. They went above and beyond calling Toyota on some things that we were going to have them fix but to my surprise is still under warranty! Thank you so much for your honesty and great communication. The car came back cleaner as well. Highly recommend using them.

Outstanding service from beginning to end. They always updated me about my car during the entire process. Everything was always clearly stated as to what was going to be done to my car. Cristina Sanchez was very courteous and friendly as soon as I walked into the shop. She’s also very knowledgeable. Very grateful and happy to have chosen this shop.

Had a great experience coming to this shop to get my car repaired. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away, everything was so quick and easy! The staff was very kind and informative and I really liked how I was updated on the status of my repairs and the work that was done was completely flawless!
I would very much recommend this place to anyone who needs any work done on their vehicle!

My car was stolen it was found so I had my car towed to CARSTAR . I had damage to the body, bumper, ignition, door cylinder, & battery. Everything listed was replaced with brand new parts. When I got the car back it looked almost brand new. I would recommend Carstar in La Habra to anyone who needs body work and more.

Excellent customer service. My car took in for repair through insurance company. We set up CARSTAR La Habra for repair and they took care of everything. I was communicating with Christina throughout the process. They sent out message to keep me updated with the whole repair processing. When I came in to pick up my car, Zach was extremely helpful, nice and patience. I found out the spare tire was missing from the car, I called and Zach was able to relocate the spare tire as it was forgot to put it back after they took off from the car. Awesome job done with the car as well! I would recommend CARSTAR if you need to repair your car.. Great service!!

10/10 experience. Spoke with Richard who made the setting up process very easy, they took my car in really fast and were done in 3 days. All the staff was very helpful! If you need your car repaired I would definitely recommend coming here.
