“This review is for Valerie. I came into the branch on 12/15 & Valerie assisted me. I needed to retrieve a statement from last year. I was apprehensive about receiving good customer service / assistance, due to the account being closed. I had been a BOC customer for several years & only closed my account, due to moving to Riverside County. I am so grateful Valerie assisted me. She took her time to listen & did not hesitate to help me resolve my issue. She's is professional, friendly, thorough, & provided me excellent customer service. Valerie is definitely an asset to any team! If I move back to Orange County, I would reopen an account, because of the service I received. Thanks Valerie!!”

“These 5 stars are for James he handled a very hostile and rude customer with respect and professionalism! The customer was being extremely confrontational. Using foul language. And making all of us in the bank very uncomfortable, James was very professional and did not engage in the customers rude behavior. The customer was clearly trying to provoke him, and James did not fall for that, James should be very much applauded and given a raise. Ps I'm so sorry you had to deal with such a horrible customer.”

I was inform that the teller couldn't do a wire transfer so I had to wait about 10 min for the manager to help me. She was really nice and answered all my questions. I would suggest they get about 2 or 3 tellers just to make the wait time a little shorter.”

There's plenty of parking as it's in the Whittwood Shopping center however the bank has its own parking lot or at least more private. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.”
