I had a confirmed appointment to see a notary at this branch. I had this appointment set for a week out. I walk into this branch the day of my appointment only to be told there's no notary available and was told to go to any other branch for help. WHY WASNT I TOLD THIS IN ADVANCE!?! Complete waste of time. Staff was no help at this location and clueless.

One of the worst Company to do business with horrible , Atm took my cash and no receipt given I had to pay my bill the next day so now have to go waste my day in the morning trying to figure out stuff and get my money back what a joke , whoever write a good review must be working for themClose the place and spare us all. 1 star review I think is very generous ??

Extremely pleased with the service at this location especially with customer service Dany Fuentes. After another branch refused to provide service. This guy man went above and beyond to make an imporant wire service transfer. Very professional and you can tell he cares about guest. We need more people like him.From : Luis R Ponce

Terrible customer service and extremely rude tellers. The quality of this branch is atrocious.I was trying to deposit a check for our business because the ATMs never accept them or always have errors on mobile deposit. For whatever reason this branch makes you fill out deposit slips and the teller insisted I provide and ID even though I have a business account and the business debit card… FOR A DEPOSIT.If I was trying to make a withdraw sure. Check and ID.On top of it Edgar had a terrible attitude when I asked why he needed it.This branch seriously makes me want to close the account to open one with a different bank.

Absolutely the worst bank to deal with. They lost all of the filed documents we had with them and froze our account for 4 weeks until it could be rectified. Totally unacceptable.

The worst customer service ever ! I couldn't cash a check due to them saying it's for my own privacy, my own privacy of what ? It's my money !! The manager was horrible she clearly doesn't know how to be a manager and she was the most dumbest manager I've ever spoken to for a second I forgot she was an employee she was just talking like someone who doesn't know how to run a bank! The worst bank ever do not come here

Bank is not user friendly, not enough tellers during busy times & the bank hours are still reduced after COVID & compared to other banks that restored their full hours of operation a while back.

Been a B of A customer for 47 years here in La Habra. I can see this branch possibly closing its doors as there are very employees to handle the volume of customers. It’s sad honestly. It’s really POOR MANAGEMENT . U make an appt to resolve a problem and get there and the bank is closed.

This location is terrible. They used to be decent before the pandemic, but since changed their hours making it more difficult to do anything around work schedules. Also, they usually only have a single teller making the wait really long. This wouldn't be as much of an issue, but Bank of America got rid of it's instant cash and transaction through the ATM tend to be long in my experience... Even if your check is produced by BOA. In my experience it seems as if the majority of people in line are cashing checks. BOA needs to find a solution either bring back instant funds up to a certain limit or hire some more tellers. BOA has become a joke when it used to be one of the most reliable banks.

I was sort of in a hurry so I was mindful of my time. Got here at 9:28am and left 9:44am. As I walked in, there was a tall heavy set woman with short hair standing in the front holding her iPad and made eye contact but no greeting. Two other customers walked in after me and also made eye contact and also received no greeting. I was second in line as there was only one teller and waited over 10 minutes until I reached the teller. There was another woman inside the teller counter but not helping anyone. There was 7 other customers in line when I left. This location really have a disconnect with their customers with their lack of customer service. I don't intend or recommend going to this location.
