I like this place a lot because in all the auto zones I visit. They help me a lot for what I need with my vehicle and with a good price and if I don't get to use something for some reason they take care of me like family and help me with the problem and if I race I recommend it 100% so you know RACE.. !!!

On Monday, 6/17/24, Raul helped me with trying to find a replacement positive battery cable for my 2000 GMC Sonoma. He went above & beyond the call of duty furnishing me with information on how to solve my problem of a part that is no longer available or manufactured.

Went in here to get my elderly mother new windshield wipers for her vehicle. We waited less than a minute to be helped. Was shown all the options and asked their opinion on which ones were best. They didn’t try to upsell us.
They even replaced them for us on her car.
Chris was super professional, extremely helpful and nice. We will be returning the next time she needs something for her car.

I live in an area where there’s several options to pick up car parts and all the prices are pretty similar, but the service i received at this Autozone will keep me coming back to this store. Auto Zone employee, David F., went far beyond the call of duty to help a senior couple with complicated installation of windscreen wipers in spite of constant falling rain. His positive attitude was enormously appreciated.

I have made many visits to This Particular Autozone location, and I can honestly say EVERYTIME I have gone, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Just within this week alone, my daughters wiper came dislodged, and i could not figure out how to re-attach, it. So I drove on over to this location thinking i'd have to buy new wipers, but instead the service gentleman just re-attached it for me. Then I couldn't pass on smog my older vehicle, and again the service team (awesome young lady) identified the problem for me. And yet another time they replaced my brake light. These services are HUGE for a single (female) parent with very little knowledge about car troubles....Thank You So Much!. And by the way, I am specifically recognizing this particular AutoZone Location, because I have stopped at other locations, and it has not been a good experience. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AT PALM COURT AUTOZONE 1200 West Imperial, La Habra CA.
