“I'm running out of positive adjectives to describe Integrity. I'm not someone who trusts quickly, so the fact that I trust their honesty, integrity ( yeah, I said it), work, prices, and everything else about them speaks volumes. I recently had some work done and a week or so later, I noticed something that might have been related to that repair. I called and spoke to Joe. The first thing he said was that, if it had anything to do with their repair, it was covered; no charge. He also advised me that the possibility existed that it was something else. The final verdict was that they had been given an incorrect part. The correct part cost $24 more, so that's all I had to pay; no labor, even though, I'm guessing, it probably took them 2 hours to do the work!!!See why I go here!!!!????”

One of the things that sets Swanson Automotive from the rest is that Brian takes time to explain, in language that I'm able to understand, what the problem is with my car and how he will fix it. “After going through several champion radiators due to leaks, I came into La Habra radiator. I let them know I wasn’t interested in a plastic radiator ( which seems to be in abundance for replacement) and their reply was ,” we’re a real radiator shop” which already put my mind at ease.. I told them I was interested in a copper/ brass radiator. Considering I have a 90 square body suburban 4x4, I didn’t expect them to have what I needed. Not only did they have the radiator, it was a 4 row. I was completely amazed! They hooked me up. They are knowledgeable. And they know what it takes to keep customers. I would highly recommend coming here first before going anywhere else. Save yourself the headaches and mental anguish and come here for your auto cooling needs. They are located on Whittier blvd, in a auto repair complex. They are a very capable shop and can check and test your radiator on site.”

They mentioned that if they had the screws, they could quickly fix it for her at no charge since they indeed had some extra screws, and true to their word, they did just that. “OMG I've been trying to get my nail in my tire patched for 2 weeks and every where has been booked or closed by the time I get out of work, I was referred here by a friend and I was not disappointed I called they said come in at 6 they took me at 548 I was gone by 610 & I was able to stay in my car while they sealed up my tire. I didn't get their names but they were 2 men that were quick efficient and very helpful and didn't try to RIP me off because I'm a woman lol I will definitely be coming back for any tire needs! “I found out I had problem with my back signal light on Saturday night. I had to use my car on Sunday night and was worried. Tried to change my light bulb by myself watching youtube and it was so hard! End up breaking more. I was really worried since I had to use the car and could not fix it on time. I went many places and turned down since it was Sunday. I came to technical auto just in case and wow. Pedro was here and he fixed the issue right away. Lifesavor! I really do appreciate it. “Overybey Transmission went above and beyond for the issues I had with my 17 Silverado. Our truck had 46,100 miles on it before the shotty GM transmission just died on us (slipping and not going into gear, just Rev'd when in drive). Worked with Charlie throughout the process, he was honest and transparent with everything, had our truck towed there on a Tuesday. he was able to order a re-manufactured transmission from GM and have it delivered by Wed, installed, programmed tested and picked up by Thursday. Pricing was the best compared to 4 other shops in town. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of transmission work. Thanks Charlie!”
“When I bought my 80 Series Landcruiser it was to use it for its intended purpose, and while they are more than capable from the factory, I mapped out an upgrade path that would allow me to follow my friends in their Jeeps running 37s anywhere they went (with my rig on 33s).
Selecting quality parts isn't nearly as hard as finding a shop you trust to install them though, and that is really where Chris and his team at Rock Tech shine. Chris took the time to understand my goals, offer suggestions based off of years of experience, and most importantly, deliver on time (a bit ahead of time, actually). There were no surprises because they did their homework regarding any ancillary parts it would take, and they went the extra mile to solve a fitment issue with the wheels. They installed a suspension kit, front and rear bumpers and my wheel/tire combo, all perfectly. I have a few thousand off road miles on it now, with no squeaks or loose bolts.
I live in south OC, and there are plenty of shops around, but any future upgrades I make will be well worth the trip back to Rock Tech. Thank you guys!!”

“I wanted to change gearing on my 2006 Silverado. I found Hector from the American Gear Shop through another differential shop that wouldn't work on 3/4 ton trucks. After agreeing on a price, he changed my gearing from a 4:10 to a 3:42 ratio, giving me better gas milage. He changed my u-joints and my wheel bearings also. I've already put another 5,000 miles on the truck and everything's working perfectly. Hector was a pleasure to work with, and I recommend his shop for rear end work.”
