I took in my 2011 Ford Escape for a diagnostic test. They found the issue right away and by the next day my whole AC system was running great. Very clear and upfront about what faults my system had and what needed to be replaced and why. Also very nice people!!

I took my suburban in on Tuesday for AC repair and learned quickly that the condenser had to be replaced, which is a fairly big job. They initially told me the car would be done Friday. The shop called me Wednesday afternoon and told me the car was done. This was great since I was in need of the service being done ASAP. Very Friendly and competent Staff. I will use and refer them to friends and family. Thank you Aussie AC, you are Awesome!!!!!

Super friendly, clean job, repaired my A/C in one day. My 2017 Accord Hybrids air blows as cold as it did when it was new. 100% satisfaction, I will recommend Aussie to anyone who needs it.

I can't express how disappointing and the frustration with the services provided by this company to my daughter. Her experience would like to share so you NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! My daughter took the vehicle to fix her air conditioning system. The owner Richard and Kim assure her that only change the AC valve $340. To her surprise 4 days later AC was not working, returned to shop and was asked another $560 now the motor blower?? It gets better, if you pay me CASH we could do it for $460.... This revelation has left my daughter feeling deceived and exploited!!! THIS COMPANY ENGAGES IN DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES!

Brought my 2005 Q45 here and I'd have to say. I am very impressed with the work they've done. The moment I walked in and had a brief conversation I knew I was in good hands. The Mrs. At the front desk provided service that exceeds exceptional performance, and Richard provides nothing less than quality honest work that let's just face it.....most shops just don't have anymore. 10/10 very satisfied and would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone! Thank you for your service during this hot weather.

I used to like this place, but after this last visit I will not be going back. Picked up my truck and the battery light was on. Let them know. Found the issue. The guy who worked on it said he had to take a bunch of stuff apart (which blows my mind). I do a lot of my own work and did not see the reason to do all the extra work. Driving home tonoght I noticed my LED lights weren't working. Started looking around. Found the wites weren't connected and smashed behind the battery box. Fixed it. This got me concerned. Had a look around. OMG!!! This guy cut so many corners. The new receiver/dryer was just sitting in the bracket loose as can be. One of the three bolts holding the bracket to the truck was missing. Bracket was bent out of shape and to top it off, he freakin' zip tied the bracket around the part!!! WTF!!! Also found that one of three bilts holding my wiper fluid reservoir was missing as well. Here I am at 1 o' clock the morning after a day at work fixing this guys BS. Luckily I have a parts bin as had bolts that would work. Not impressed at all. I did give them 3 stars because my A/C is working and blows cold, but now I'm concerned about what other issues I can't see that I need to look for. I also have a feeling he topped off my coolant with the wrong type. My truck takes G-05 which is a yellow color and the overflow tank looks pretty green like regular anti freeze. Hmmm...... wish I would have taken pictures, but I was more focused on fixing everything.

Save your time on money they are a rip off I took my car there Ford 2013 hybrid. for an AC wasn't working they told me the compressor is not working. And it will cost me. $1882 then I said no that's too much then the front desk lady tried to collect $91 diagnostic fee that no one told me on the phone when I spoke with her she did not mention it. Then I took the car to another AC specialist, and it was only needed. Freon cost me only $91 to fix it on my AC now works great. Please do not take your car there and waste your time.

My AC was blowing on max and stuck. Richard accessed the situation quickly. Kim was very kind and helpful. Excellent knowledge and service at a fantastic price!

I took my 2005 Chevy Impala to have the ac fix and they found out that my blower motor was not working. I spoke with Kim who was very happy to help, she kept me up to date the process throughout the service. Richard replaced the blower motor and recharged the system. I was very happy with the service and the way they took care of my car. Highly recommend them to my family and friends

I brought my 2006 Honda pilot to fix the a/c and the secretary, explained to me the diagnosis process and answered any other questions I had. The mechanic helped me understand what was wrong with my car as well. After the diagnostic test, which was $95 they found that the compressor was leaking and caused the a/c not to be cold. I agreed to do the job and the diagnostic test charge was credited to my overall total. I highly recommend their services and at an affordable price.
