If you live in the Whittier, La Habra, La Mirada, or Fullerton area I totally recommend going to this AT&T store. They have impeccable customer service. I had a bad experience at the Whittier Whittwood AT&T store and left and went to the La Habra store in hopes that they would change my mind in my decision of switching from T-Mobile to AT&T. They DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! Bishoy greeted us as soon as we walked in. Extremely helpful, professional, and polite. I expressed to him that I was feeling like we had made the wrong decision in switching mobile carriers due to the Whittier store. He made our experience quite pleasant. For any of my mobile needs I will be sure to go to the La Habra store. The store manager was also helpful and the rest of the staff there seemed just as nice and professional. The customers there also looked happy and satisfied with their service. Bishoy even escorted us out of the store when we were done, gave us his card, and assured us that if there was anything we needed not to hesitate to visit again and they would take care of us. We are now satisfied new AT&T customers. Thank you Bishoy and the staff at the La Habra store for being awesome!

Maria is the best at costumer service! I always have a bad services with AT&T but Maria makes it worth it! I drove 1:30 h just because she is so capable. 100% recommend Maria!

I came in to resolve an issue with my wife's phone. Don Apuntar was able to help me out. He was detailed and resolved it so quick. He was friendly and had a great attitude. I will be retuning back in September for my new IPhone and will be seeing him. Thanks again Don.

Good service, nice selection of phones, tablets and watches. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, ready to answer ed r any questions you might have. You will have to wait until a salesperson becomes available.

Don was amazing! Another ATNT Store sold me the wrong phone screen protector, so when he noticed it, he corrected the mistake on my account and took care of the replacement for the inconvenience! Thank you!

Jacob G. was perfect! I arrived only to inquire. I left with two new phones and a smile. He knew his products and the plans available to his customers. He was a salesman but did not try too hard. This was important for me. He was engaging and offered to help transfer our info into our new phones. He even gave his manager props for the training he’s received as he’s fairly new. Who would’ve guessed?! Definitely 5 stars for these guys:)

This store has staff that sit in the back and make people wait. I was there for an hour. I saw many employees come in and go to the back employee area and not come out for 30 minutes. There were plenty of people to help. Rigo helped us and was helpful. He did not disappear into the back until I left. But he did have to keep us waiting trying to sign new customers into the queue which was time consuming.

Exactly why it's rated a 2.9. Workers don't know the information and walked away from a conversation. I was asking about the Lifetime screen replacement program the guy told me it was $10 and I said no one told me about the $10 and to show me where it was. He said "I've been working here for 3 years" I didn't ask how long you worked there I asked for you to show me where it says $10 for a replacement, if he would've showed me I would've paid the $10.... But he walked away and didn't help. Worst experience at an AT&T store that i've ever had.

Even tho Don was a Clipper fan he was a great help to this Laker fan. Don had a great attitude and had my phone up and running really quick. Its great to see people excel at what they do. Thanks Don, from Dan.

Wait times are too long. Policies are not being explained or enforced correctly. Store manager is always in the back never helping out. Gives attitude to customers. Products are always out of stock.
