This was my first time visiting Amazon Fresh. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the store. There was an issue with my purchase, and the Manager Able was willing and ready to help resolve the issue. I would like to see Sashimi grade seafood in the store, but otherwise, it was a successful trip. Great job!

First time visit, nice clean store, took me a while to locate what I want. Compared prices for items I usually buy from other supermarket, the prices are a way higher, not that competitive as you might think.

You can’t beat the customer service at Amazon fresh! And it’s very convenient where you can return items to Amazon or pick up your items and get some shopping done at the same time. Isles are super wide and thi somewhat more expensive say their wine department for example,, their selection is really superb. So, if you don’t mind spending a little bit more money for the quality and fantastic customer service, this is the place to go rare disappointed, and their sushi is excellent, too!

This huge area without people makes a terrifying impression. I've been twice, a few months apart, and there were always maybe 10 customers at most. I don't feel comfortable there.

WOW!! Great Customer Service to Reese and the Customer Team at Amazon Fresh La HabraI made a mistake and returned the wrong item. I came back about 3 hours later after I realized I sent back the wrong car charger. I spoke with the employee and she said I'm not sure if we could find it. An employee by the name of Reese came up and said unfortunately there are about 30 boxes of returns and I'm not sure which one it's in but Reese Did Not Give Up !! She said there is no way to know what box it's in and said let me see, So in Not just giving up which is what many employees do nowadays she went back to look as I showed the box it was in and 2 min later she found it. This is a great employee with great customer service that just didn't take the easy way and gave up, she took on the challenge and found it quickly. It's the small effort in taking care of the customer and just trying vs giving up that makes this customer experience 110 percent.To Reese and the whole Customer Service Team at La Habra Amazon Fresh that made this happen, Thank You for not giving up and have a Very Merry Christmas.Troy Case
