Morning guy pays more attention to his phone, did not acknowledge me, had to wait for him to finish his texting to even finish my transaction.
Update 4/15
Still on the phone, bypassed me inputting my rewards number. Did not say a word to me, just tapped the card reader for me to pay. Zero interaction with the customer.

Lol, looking at all these reviews... the clerk is literally on the phone 24/7.
No "hello", no "thank you", and obviously no "have a nice day". I think he would've been happier if I had just gone somewhere else. This is my go to store but I won't be going back.

Clerk on the phone , I wanted an item and it was expired . I asked if there were anymore he said no . During check out after putting my number offers came up due to the points I had I can retrieve they never ask do you want to use just hurry up and clear it off . I asked what was the offer he was mad that he had to rescan the items . We asked for a bag he claim the bag was .40 cent .

Went in for some chips and the sale clerk was very impatient he snatch the chips from the counter because I was putting money on my card sale clerk was very rude will report about this 7-Eleven

Store clerk was talking on the phone with earplugs the whole time during checkout. When I asked him to please order more Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jelly Sandwich he disregarded me. Then he input 2x for the coffee and sandwich and I almost paid twice the amount I should pay. Clerk continued talking on the phone without giving a damn. Horrible service

Disrespectful, and was just rude, talking in a different language and gave my sister a dirty look and just being rude to her snatching her stuff and everything, never again.

Horrible store. Very rude clerks. If inflated prices and bad service are your thing, then this is your store.

Everything everyone else says is correct. The store clerk is horribly rude and dismissive. I've witnessed this with other customers several times, and today was it my turn. Stay away from this store if you can. There are several other 7-11 stores in La Habra to choose from.

I've been going to this 711 for over 4 years on a daily basis. After today, never again. Bought a $40 I phone charger that didn't work. Worker refused to refund, or take back defective charger. In fact I just may be done with 711 period. I can get my drinks, candy and cigarettes at chevron. Customer service is horrible.

Oh thank heaven for 7-Eleven!! Well, not for this specific store. At least not after this one visit. With so many 7-Eleven stores around, then it is important to provide decent customer service if you want regular customers. The service I received was less than mediocre. So I won't be returning here any time soon. At least the shop was pretty clean and stocked.
