My wife and I bought new furniture for our living room today all theater seating. It is very comfortable and spectacular and we had a very pleasant experience in the showroom with our sales person Richard. We would like to recommend this company to anybody who's looking for state of the art theater seating with all the bells and whistles. Thank you for your kind attention Richard. John J.

Huge selection of fine home theater chairs and seating in addition to friendly and helpful staff! Richard the showroom manager was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient while attending to our questions and concerns about home theater chairs! He was able to explain how to connect the SoundShaker amplifiers I would need to connect to my Anthem AVM-70 pre/pro! That took a lot of worry off my mind because I didn't know how to connect it all up! It's wireless! Awesome!

Very poor customer service, do not order from this company. I received the 4 kodiak chairs on December 8th 2023. I reported one of the chairs was not working properly, and alignment of chair was not correct. I contacted the company immediately, and I had to send pictures of the chairs, a video of operation. They scheduled a technician to come out on 12/26/2023. That Technician call to reschedule to 01/11/2023, I called the company and after several discussions they sent another technician out on 01/01/2023. This technician fixed some problems but stated the chair could not be aligned correctly with the other chairs and could not be fixed. 01/08/2023, I Called the customer service line Megan the customer service representative was nice and was attentive to my questions, Her customer service supervisor Richard at my request came on the phone. Richard is one of the worst people I have ever dealt with. Very uncooperative, his tone and demeanor is one that he is in charge and you as the customer have lost all rights..He wanted to charge me a 30% restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping back all 4 chairs to them. This would amount to almost 2,000.00 dollars. When I asked for the name of the president of 4seating he did not give it too me. Richard would not let me speak, he just talked over me was very condescending, poor customer service skills. I am the customer and he just told me essence you are stuck or pay up. If I wanted a replacement it would take 12-14 weeks. Funny when I ordered these chairs I placed the order on November 24th, and received the defective chair on December 8th. That's not 12-14 weeks. This customer service manager Richard needs a training on handling customers, and to remember the customer is the client. I will have to seek other methods you to resolve this situation.Stay away, you will be happy you did

Ordered my product on December 15, with white glove delivery service to be shipped within 24 hours. It was received by the carrier on December 26th. Still haven’t received it as of January 5th. Customer service just tells me to wait to be contacted by the carrier who will schedule a delivery and set up. They are still yet to do so. Do with that information what you will.

I As a tall, chronic pain, patient I have searched for so long to find a couch that fits a tall person. After wasting thousands of dollars on several recliners and zero gravity chairs I finally found comfortable seating and it’s the Colosseum for big and tall. The Colosseum couch supports for my head when I recline. We bought this couch in September 2023 and I sit in this couch many hours every day and it’s very comfortable. My sales representative was Zack and he was easy to work with and I recommend him.

Left our chairs by the road! 100yards from our front door. Called and they did not care! Said I should have gotten the white glove delivery. I said I don’t need you to bring them inside and assemble them. Mainly bc the theater room isn’t ready for them yet, but I would like them to be delivered near my house so that I can at least bring inside. Absolutely ridiculous! It’s snowing out so if they are damaged I will be disputing all charges! That blue speck next to the driveway on the picture is the chairs….

Decent company, bought 3 piece home theater, but they recommended the guardian protection plan, which is a great plan if you never need to make a claim. For this shotty sales tactic, I cannot recommend them.

We ordered seats from them 3 weeks ago still have not received it. When called to enquire no one knows what’s going on and extremely rude people . I would never order from them Person named Richard is extremely rude and nasty it’s shame that they hire people like this who lies to us . Extremely disappointed , totally unreliable

Poor quality ! They do not back there product quality . I purchased the 4 piece sectional Media sofa. They delivered it in my garage outside the delivery time when I got home the quality was horrible. They put less than 50% of the down filling needed for the sofa to even feel remotely comfortable. After complaining to the managers, they said send me videos and information they never called me back. Warning, do not buy from this company.

We purchased 4 Helios seats from Anna at 4Seating. We compared the Seatcraft brands to comparable seats from Palliser and other brands. It is quite difficult choosing furniture online with no local showroom to test and evaluate the products. Anna made the process painless, with informative advice and a high level of product knowledge. When the seats arrived we did have some minor issues, Angela at 4Seating helped rectify the issues with professionalism and diligence, resulting in an overall excellent experience. The seats are certainly higher end and we look forward to years of use. We would certainly order from 4seating again. I have faith that the seats will last but time will tell.Update - 09/20/2023Four and a half years in to these seats the "top grain leather" is peeling and the grain rubbing out. I would avoid this company and their in-house brand Seatcraft entirely. I provided photos of the peeling headrest and cushion. 4Seating offered me a discount on a future purchase as a goodwill gesture, however I would not consider the Seatcraft or in house brand again in light of this incident. Otherwise no offer to assist or rectify this issue was offered.

Chairs are good for first 40 days and then giving trouble. I opted their delivery service and also 5 years Warranty but no one turning to help and address issues even though they acknowledged issue. Becareful before placing order. Don't fall into trap of 5 star promotional reviews

Placed order 28 FebEstimates ship date 5 JulyWaited patiently 4 months.Called 7 July to get an update. Told the material was on back order and new ship date would be in August.Called back early August - told chairs would ship 8/30Called 5 Sept to be told they would be back ordered another 18 weeks.Was never contacted by this company EVER about the constant pushing of delivery date.Cancelled order. Will order from somewhere else. ? 0/10 would not recommend.

My wife and I drove down to La Habra from the San Francisco Bay Area to visit the showroom, and it was totally worth it!First off, there are very few show rooms in America to actually view home theater seats. Sure, there are furniture stores that have theater seats, but they're very limited, poor quality, and old models. My wife and I were getting very frustrated because we knew there had to be better theater seats, but it was getting to be hopeless when it came to finding where we could try some out.Go to 4Seating if you're at all in the area or would be willing to take a vacation to Southern California... it's totally worth it!We had seen numerous ads online for theater seats, but none with locations where we could try before we buy. This presented a problem for many reasons. I'm tall and my wife is petite. I do heavy workouts and need to be able to relax in a good seat, and my wife has issues which can make seating excruciatingly painful if it's not just right.We met with Dario, and he was just incredible! He asked us several questions and then showed us some models. He told us to take our time with each and see how comfortable the seats were over time. He was extraordinarily patient.Dario was also not sales-driven. He seemed perfectly ok if we didn't purchase anything and just wanted to help find what was right for us.We found multiple options that we really liked, but one model in particular seemed perfect in terms of comfort, style, and it has all the bells and whistles.If you can't visit La Habra...Dario is an expert at his craft. He's able to ask all the right questions that will result in matching you up with the right theater seats. In the end, we could've done this all over the phone, but it was fun and re-assuring to go to the store in person.
