Pacific Sales/ Best Buy Fullerton is my "GO TO" for everything I need from an appliance and electronics store. My Mother had a recent experience where we needed help with her ice maker. After 3-4 failed attempts to make this situation right for my Mom, we met a wonderful associate named Jairo Murillo. Jairo took the concept of exceptional Service to even new heights. He kept every commitment he made and took care of this situation by exceeding our expectations. I will continue to make the Fullerton, CA location my only Best Buy/Pacific Sales location I shop with and more importantly will ask for Jairo to be our sales associate. He certainly deserves to be considered the BEST of the BEST @ Best Buy!

I went to PS about a month ago, I had been shopping and doing research on kitchen appliances. Axel was my salesman and he gave me THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Throughout the month I would email and call him and he was ALWAYS very pleasant, patient and VERY knowledgeable about the products. He was never pushy or made me feel like I was bugging him with all my questions. He wanted to make sure I was happy and confident with my purchase, it makes a big difference when someone cares vs just doing their job. Thank you Pacific Sales for having employees like Axel. It truly was a great experience and I would HIGHLY recommend this place.

My parents have been remodeling the kitchen in their home for the past few months and had been checking out appliances from multiple stores including Best Buy, Home Depot and even department stores. With the help of Sean, ultimately they were able to settle on a beautiful set including a refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, stove, and dishwasher. They went in multiple times to consult with Sean about all the functional details, measurements, and of course prices. My parents are very satisfied with how the appliances fit into our new kitchen and would like to show their appreciation to Sean for all his help throughout this whole process.

This is a one stop shop!!!! They have everything you could ever ask for. And THEY PRICE MATCH!! Axel was the gentleman that help us out in appliances. He was super patient and very sweet. He never made us feel like we where asking TOO MANY QUESTIONS. You can tell he really ENJOYS his job. With that being said if I ever need anything else I'am definitely coming back and also recommending this spot.
