I came here last week with wanting to close an account made 25 years ago... I went to another branch & they weren't able to do it, so I came to this location. Robert is the BEST. Robert helped me out SO much. The manager, Eva was fantastic too. I was very happy with my service & I will come back to this branch whenever I need any more help.

Wells Fargo Bank . I opened a brand new account online and I got accepted. That was a easy process to sign up because it's online right. I receive my card and then I have a check in hand to deposit. I went into the bank after work today. So I go in I ask the security guard, I am here to talk with somebody because I want to get started with my credit. ( Remind you I want to start on my credit since I am of age) then he goes do you have a appointment. I said no I actually don't. He says okay well let me see if somebody can help you . The lady comes to me she is in the cubicle across the security guard by that door entrance. She says oh you need to have a appointment in order for that so I said well I have a check and I would like to change my debit card number . As soon as she heard that I had a check, she changed her attitude to okay wait in line with front desk receptionist and if someone is available they will help you . This is the financing people, so I go into the front desk receptionist line and they were even saying some stuff and laughing because she wasn't suppose to send me there . Front desk receptionist young lady around my age is so amazing and she was really nice and her manager . So they call the lady back from financing and I go talk to another finance person Martha and she goes in order to change your debit card I need your ID! I didn't have my I'd but I had a picture . She said okay well I can't help you . I was so mad , I was going to go back into line for the front desk receptionist woman that helped me but I am UPSET , DISSAPOINTED with how their professionalism is and their attitude. I mean they are are working for a bank they should carry themselves with that image. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK UNLESS ITS FOR FRONT DESK ONLY !!! FINANCE CENTER WILL TURN YOU DOWN FOR ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING!!!!!!

I have been coming here since the first day this branch opened and I am complete sad when I found out the branch closed out because Robert was my banker that helped me through some though times with my finances, to my surprise I needed emailing him and he relied right away, he was stationed at a different location I went to see him for his guidance on the PPP program he helped me through out the whole process and I was able to get funded 1 month after very please and happy with Roberts care and dedication to his job. He is one of those individuals that just listen to you not just ignore you problems he listens and comes up with solutions. Thank you rob you saved my life and my business.

Oh my: Where to begin.... In January I opened an account online, but I was unable to complete the transaction because my phone does not accept text messages, so I couldn't "verify" my information. So I called the number they gave me for "Help": I received no help what-so-ever, just the run-around... Finally at the beginning of this month I stopped in the La Crescenta branch: All I can say is: Young people who do not know their jobs should not be put in a position of authority. I went in to make a deposit in order to put a halt on monthly service fees; that part was easy; but first I was told: "This isn't your branch, you should be going there" WTF? I seriously don't care which branch is "my" branch. Wells Fargo is Wells Fargo: and they either want my business or they do not... and I have never known any financial institution to turn down $$$$$. So this gets better. I explain to the young 20-something woman that I am unable to verify my account online because I can not receive texts and that I was told by the person on the phone that I could go in to any branch and they could/would set up my verification & password. She told me she didn't understand and when I explained again,, she told me she didn't know how to do this as it wasn't a part of her job! WTF? She's a "banker"? So she called someone who supposedly knew how to set up my account... well that took a lot of explanation from the person on the other end. So, I needed this 20-something to log in to her banking portal and allow me to choose a password, but she didn't know how to do that... She wanted me to access my e-mail by phone: You know I already told her my phone does not compute. So I go out & get my laptop & plug it in.... way the hell under her desk.. But guess what? Wells Fargo does not have WiFi so I couldn't access my account! Finally she figures it out & pulls up the banking portal and I finally verify who I am (because even with ID galore, that's not enough) and I set my password. Seriously, given the incompetence of this young woman & others like her, I'm amazed that Wells Fargo has any customers at all... and if I didn't need to have an account in order to obtain some obscure Signature Stamp, I'd not be doing business with Wells Fargo at all. When this is all over, I'll be closing my account!
