There is an epidemic of pharmacists who think their opinions override those of doctors. After my doctor called in a prescription for me, the pharmacist here grilled me on what he was doing, and then even suggested I cut my current medication into quarters instead of her just doing what the doctor told her to do (which would provide an inconsistent dose every day). I’m tired of pharmacists who think they have the right to question medical professionals with decades of experience and make it impossible for patients to get their medicine, which is exactly what this pharmacist has done.

We had to move our prescriptions here because they closed our local Rite-aid, so I didn't know what to expect. Well, they pulled out all the stops for us...welcome signs and all kinds of info for all of us transplants. And, although they've been completely slammed with all the new business, they really have been very accommodating and informative. A total win for Walgreens.

My family and I walked in to do some shopping tonight. We had no idea who the employees were at first..But as we were shopping, we could definitely hear them, as they were arguing about another employee who had called out for the day. Three young employees started screaming about who was in the right, and one male employee was full on yelling even louder that he had to call HR because the girl who called out did not give him 24 hours even though it was the day before. If that wasn't worse, they still continued their argument even though that male employee went to the back room. That female and male employee looked like they were about to help customers check out, but then they were still arguing. Then an older employee came to help check out, but the person in front of us had a return, and so she had to go to the back room for something. We didn't know that the two employees who are still arguing at this point, were actually working the back register. We had been in line for a long time behind the person who was making the return, and then another customer wanted to check out. He asked if there was another line and then finally the female employee that was arguing stepped away, and then the other male employee who was arguing away stopped, and waved his hand, saying he was open. So the customer walked over to him. I was so infuriated. I left my things in the cart and walked out. This Walgreens really needs to get it together. Because three workers who are just shouting for 15 minutes? Not only that they looked extremely disheveled. One had muddy shoes, and another very grungy and dirty pants.

Always efficient friendly service. Have had to drop off FedEx express packages a few times here and the process is quick and easy.

Josh banned me and my friend for "vandalizing" even though I didn't do anything. The previous day I accompanied people who were messing around in the store (not me) and they were kicked out along with me. The next day we came back and instead of banning the two who were messing around, me and my other friend were banned (I never did anything) This mf josh then told us we couldn't come in the store because we were vandalizing, and then took pictures of us so we took pictures of him. Do not recommend josh is a dick ‼

Josh is a b***** he kicked me out cause I was "vandalizing" when I didn't even do anything except put the my friends headphones on a shelf and this mf wouldnt tell me what I vandalized and took pictures of us and banned my friend who did even do anything and actually bought stuff

I went to Walgreens yesterday and I needed help with the photo department. There was a lot of things that I needed to do in the photo department and I was not sure how to do it. I waited for a couple of minutes and then this nice lady with black hair I think her name was Lenet came and helped me. She took her time and explained everything to me and after about few minutes we finished everything. She has a lot of patience and she really enjoys her job, and she made this a very enjoyable experience . Thank u so much !

After getting vaxxed here they gave me a $5 coupon for my next visit. On my next visit I tried to use it but was told it wasn't good until my NEXT visit. Apparently I had to buy something to then load it to my account or something? Who knows. NOTHING on the coupon indicated this. And even the manager told me everyone is confused about it. You think? Because it's a misleading bait and switch. And I wasted 20 min in line. Will NEVER return to this Walgreens. CVS is right up the street.

Bad service. Nobody at the counter, when someone finally appeared she took a customer before me who had arrived after me. Infuriating and disrespectful.
