Received a confirmation that my phone was ready for pickup. Went to the store and the phone was reserved for someone else. Absolute joke and a waste of time.Edit: To top it off, this store also managed to somehow cancel my trade in, making me waste hours of my time to figure out. Genuinely can’t believe how much this store screwed me over.

I highly recommend this store! Let me start with the Manager Zach he was great and helped me with everything I needed to get done with my upgrade and plan change. The other associates were super funny and helped my wife with her questions. The store was empty so we were helped right when we walked in. The store is nicer then other locations and has a huge table with chairs so that was nice. They transferred all my data pretty quick and even got me a free Apple Watch. I was hesitant when they said free but the manager showed explained the data charge and all the fees and everything that I had to pay upfront. The associates are definitely honest at this store which is a comforting compared to some other stores. We had a great experience at this store and my wife and I "HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE" Excellent service. Thank you

WARNING:Go to the corporate office in Burbank.I went into Verizon LaCrescenta about 5 days ago because my phone was broken. The guy/girl (not sure what he/she identified as) told me I still owed $75 on the broken phone so I tried to give him/her cash and he/she said they don't take cash so I gave a credit card. Then all of a sudden he/she said oh wait you got a special promotion for your phone when you originally set it up and you owe $400 on top of the $75 AND he wanted my broken phone to go towards the fee for the new phone and when I said I didn't want to do that (I have a lot of my personal information on my old phone) he/she made it seem like I had to or he couldn't help me. At that point I felt something was fishy and I walked out. Later I was told by a friend to only go to the corporate office in Burbank because these stores like the one in LaCrescenta and one in Montrose are not owned by Verizon. I was told all Verizon's that are not corporate are run by companies that open up a business and ask Verizon if they can sell their product. Wow! So I went to Burbank and they also told me I owed $75 on the broken phone but there was no added $400. Burbank office was very nice to deal with. BEWARE!!! SCAMMERS (LaCrescenta Verizon store)

I was at this store to activation of my new phone, but unfortunately, the Verizon system was down so I had to wait the recovering the system. After coming back home I realized lost my old phone. I searched all over the house and the next day I came to the Verizon store asking for lost and found. Gaveen who helped me yesterday and keep it for me. I want to share his honesty and customer service. Thank you Gaveen and God bless you.If your name is spelled not correctly I'm so sorry.

Last week my family went in to ask about the warranty status of my daughter's phone. We came out with 3 latest model Samsung phones and 4 new Samsung smart watch 5s. Only because we felt that Noel, who stayed very late to help us, was courteous and trustworthy, not to mention great deals for all devices and lower monthly bills.... Hopefully, my next phone bill a pleasant surprise. I'm going back today for another new phoneWe used to drive 60, 120 or 220 miles to get new phone every year, just not to do business at this neighborhood Verizon store.7-8 years ago, I got ripped off by one of salesmen here. I bought a cellular modem at a great deal, I thought, which I didn need, no cost but a $ 10 discounted monthly access fee for 2 years. For the deal, I thought it was a just another convenience expense. When I received my 1st bill and spoke with a Verizon Rep., I realized everything he said was lies - no discount/rebate for the modem, no discounted line access fee, no reimbursement for the activation fee,... I used it less than an hour during the 2-yr contract period, having wasted hundred of dollars. Cellular svc was unstable at best. When I returned to the store, the manager told me that the sales person was not there," with "what's done is done, there was nothing he could do, if not happy go somewhere else... " attitude, terrible people!
