I had another disappointing experience at this post office due to their slow service and questionable handling of packages.
I dropped off five packages before 4 PM this past Monday, handing them directly to the gentleman working, who promptly tossed them into the bin with other packages. Shockingly, none of the packages were scanned until Wednesday! It seems La Crescenta didn’t process them for two days before sending them to the LA facility. As a result, every package lost two business days of shipping time, which is unacceptable.
I’m frustrated with the service at this location. How can customers be expected to pay for express shipping, or any service, when no expedited handling is actually provided? It’s clear that they don’t even finish processing the previous day’s work before going home. This kind of service is a disservice to customers and a disappointment from USPS.

Slow and machine stencil wasn't working and postal rep didn't tell her for five minutes she could just use her finger. Probably because she was busy looking at her phone. Meanwhile the line grew from 3 to like 9.

Postal workers really have no manners anymore. I came here because I had such an unpleasant experience at the Sunland post office. Here wasn't any better. Not even a hello or a response to "thank you, have a good day." It's no wonder people want to use UPS and FedEx more nowadays.

First i would like to say that i usually have a good experience at this location.Went there yesterday before 5:30 which is when it closes. There was a line that went out the office door. I stood on line for 10 minutes and there were 5others in line behind me. An employee I have never seen before opened the door and said the post office was closed. The time was still before 5:30 and he did acknowledge that fact. He refused to let those of us standing in line into the post office even though it was before closing time. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHAT ARE THEY THINKING??????

This view is for La Canada-Flintridge Post Office given it did not come up in the search. Is anyone else experiencing misdelivered or undelivered mail? For 8 years we have been dealing with this. The person in charge (Fernando) is not helpful at all...very augmentative and does not want to accept any responsibility for any issues. What does a person have to do to get someone good in there?

Not sure if my mailman is from this station. However, my mailman is very rude and not a very good person. He is a 6’+ height, appeared to be Persian. Very rude and unfriendly.

Most post offices have an open door policy. You can use the self-help kiosk to mail packages or purchase stamps after hours. I go there in the wee hours to avoid any lines. It's very convenient!

Management is great and very friendly in this post office!I used a few services, called a few times, and every time I got the answers I was looking for.Glad to stumble upon such a fantastic post office team.
