They are lying about any promotion, they told me they will trade in my last phone for 1000 dollars than they are telling that the trade in went with 300 dollars. Shame on you. The Girl who did this is a Katiana or Tatiana I don’t remember her name.

Rosie is probably the most professional/kindest employee I’ve ever come across. She helped us in 20 minutes, while calling customer service for a week led us nowhere. Thank you, Rosie! ⭐️

Bad service in the US, and it's so slow outside of the US that that stupid "use it when you travel" deal is basically useless. Get a better provider and a SIM card.

When I mean great, I mean great Customer service Eric and Ale went above and beyond their way, to help me switch from a personal account to Business account I'm grateful for their service and for facilitating the whole process , super smooth transition with their assistance. Definitely will be seeing me in there for years to come.

I am very grateful for this store. I went in to upgrade my iPhone from the XSmax to the 14 pro. I have been procrastinating this because I didn't want to deal with my transferring of data to a new device since I'm not tech savvy. I was greeted and helped immediately by Daniela who took care of everything very quickly and efficiently. She made it seem like a piece of cake. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and I am very pleased with my new iPhone 14 pro.

Very rude workers, understaffed, takes forever, if you go here be prepared to sit there for 15-20 minutes till someone acknowledge you. To top it off they sold me a broken phone and pretty much said nothing they can do about it go to another store.

The T Mobile on Foothill in La Cresenta gave us over the top service. I purchased a new iPhone 14 and traded in an iPhone. Even though we got there at 6:30pm (I would not recommend this!), it took a bit to get all the data transferred. They were very patient and nice with us even though the process took us an hour after they closed. I highly recommend this store. They really know all their phones, watches, and promotions.Thank you so much for everything and staying to help us!Edgar and Daniella are the best!Eric

The employees will always help you out no matter what it takes I've been with T-Mobile as long as I can remember and they never let me down no matter if it's over the phone or if I walk in super professional and friendly I'll always choose tmobil over AT&T or Verizon

I've been going to this location for years, just got recently serviced and assisted by Adriano, extremely pleasant, professional and helpful.He accommodated mine and my wife's needs with professionalism and actually cared. We switched over my wife's line from a pre-paid to add it to my mother's plan. Highly recommend, look for Adriano if you're at this location.

Adriano and Leo know what they’re doing and are awesome. Others, including call-in support, do not. Spent close to 6 hours over the phone, online, and person to setup a smart device plan. T-mobile’s website promotes a smartwatch+plan deal, but when checking out it comes up with an error. Online customer support mentioned that it was impossible to setup the plan as advertised and sarcastically apologized that I should have been informed from the get-go that the plan could not be initiated as listed. Even the in-store reps had to call into backend support 3 times to override plan settings to get the smartwatch to work. It eventually did work, but with many hoops to jump through. T-mobile, setup your poor customer service reps for success by at least making it possible to process the promotions that you’re touting on your site. Lastly, when trying to give praise to your reps on site, they mentioned there is no manager assigned to the store…really? Promote your good workers internally, or risk losing them
