LUIS IS THE BESTEST!! I was having a crappy day because some despicable excuse for a human broke/stole the wipers off my SUV. Luis took a look at the car, told me my options and was extremely kind to listen to me rant while he replaced the parts easily and quickly. He totally made my day and fixed everything. He is a wonderful human and am grateful for his help!!

Customer service from Paulina was impeccable She was so knowledgeable and also let me know I could purchase parts there for my mechanic! I will only shop there now. This review is for James. a cool guy juggling multiple customers while trying to open my car key fob. After trying himself and not succeeding (not his fault this screw is tiny and effed up) he suggested options around the area and what would be most cost efficient. I went to my mechanic and he opened my fob so I immediately returned to my a new battery here.I will be returning here soon to get new windshield blades since LA is now the Pacific Southwest. Old school efficiency with my modern sense of humor. Tell James I sent ya. Thanks again!
